  Pretty nice place to live at! Quiet, well maintained, office and maintenance staff are great and they do their best to make this place as clean as possible.

  They should get less than a one star. This is the worst apartment complex ever since the new management took over (spring 2017). I finally had to move my 88 year old mother out because of the noise and the meth heads that lived across from her that would come over and steal her pain medicine. She has chronic arthritis. The do not fix anything. The tenant above her had roaches so bad that when they finally came to spray, they sent the roaches right down to my mother's apartment! When she called to have them come spray, it took over a week so it allowed the roaches to continue breeding and growing in number. My mom NEVER had roaches. She lived in this complex for 12 years with no problems before new management took over. I finally found her a duplex to move into near me South of Atlanta. Word to the wise: DO NOT MOVE TO THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX!

  AWFUL PLACE! DON'T RENT HERE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!
  The new management that purchased this property over the summer (2017) are awful. They don't have a clue about managing properties or apartments. First, as soon as they arrived on the scene they increased the rent. They are money-hungry and don't care about their tenants. They only care about collecting those rent checks.
  Secondly, they don't handle ANY issue that arises. Have problems with horrible tenants? Don't bother talking to management! They won't do anything! People constantly violate the rental agreements and community guidelines here and they don't care.
  Have a maintenance request? Well, maybe they will come fix it, and maybe not! And if they do come to fix it, you might be waiting a week for them to show up.
  The grounds are so messy and unkempt. Previously, we had great landscapers that kept the place nice and tidy. I guess management got rid of them to "save money", and hired a relative who obviously needs classes on how to cut grass! When they actually do cut the grass (knee-high!) they leave clippings and dirt all over your patios and don't bother blowing them off with a blower. You have to completely clean your patios and patio furniture afterwards. They don't pick up trash that is all over the property grounds. Looks like a dump. They don't do pest control either!
  No one watches their kids here. Kids will mess with your property and vehicles. Management does nothing!
  *They have pressure washed the buildings and re-painted the outside, so that's a plus!* Inside is a whole other issue. They half-way do anything here. Most appliances are garbage. They barely patch holes and repaint. My unit wasn't patched or re-painted at all when we moved in! The linoleum in kitchen and bathrooms have tons of holes and rips. They don't seem to replace that in-between tenants, or even patch them. Most of the front doors need replaced. You can see daylight and feel air blow right in around the doors! And all the front doors slam, so be prepared to be constantly disturbed by noise while living here.
  It's definitely NOT a quiet and clean place to live. Go elsewhere!
