The LOCAL branch is fantastic and always super helpful and professional in all aspects of my banking needs. Corporate customer service is a joke and I will never deal with anyone other than one of the fabulous ladies at the local jasper branch. They know the true meaning of customer service and always make sure to be professional and help their customers.

We used IThink for purchasing a car for my daughter and my wife. Both transactions went very well and they were very helpful. We even had a couple bumps with my daughters purchase and they were great to work with.

I have had all my accounts with Ithink Financial for years and they are great! Very easy to work with in all banking and loans. The staff is very friendly.

Tried to pay a bill for my sick father several times, and they refuse to take payment. I ended up having to take him there to handle it. Ridiculous that I had to bring someone who’s in bad shape just to give the people the same money I tried to give them.

Went to look at refinancing an auto loan with only $5,000 balance. They proceed to tell me the lowest interest rate they would offer me is 17%. Are you kidding me? Competitive? Not even close. Not to mention the older lady who is super rude and unprofessional. Wouldn’t bother to answer any of my questions, wouldn’t do business with this company even if my life depended on it.

Open a savings account 1.5 years ago. Started charging a dormant account fee on savings account! Went into branch to see about it….only customer in place, but had to wait for ever. Then took someone else before me. This place is a disaster

Husband and I were not a real big fan of Johna’s customer service. She was not very helpful, came off rude and not easy to work with. The branch in Marietta has always had awesome customer service specifically Robert Briganti if he is still there, definitely recommend reaching out to that location instead.

Had a bad situation with an auto loan. Came in as a new customer and was finished in 30 min. loan and checking account and even under the circumstances they were extremely helpful!
