If you ever go here, don't pay cash. I paid cash for the 18.00 car wash, put a $20 bill in, and got $2 back. But the wash never started. I waited and waited and finally left. I have been coming here for years but from now on I will go elsewhere.

Pulled in the right hand bay and the only thing that happened was the undercarriage worked it started spraying soap on my vehicle and stopped working totally at about my side mirrors so I had to go thru the other bay and had to pay again the was no attendant there to refund my money I looked up the phone number called and got no answer no recorded message I’m not very happy about the situation some body owes me 18 dollars

Horrible experience!!!!...vacuum machines strong armed my money and now I'm leaving with a filthy car and a bad taste in my mouth.....thank you jasper car wash....

It has been updated and everything seemed to work. The car came out clean, and that's what i wanted. My one complaint is that for the same price i could go to the other place in town and get a free vacuum, cleaner and rag to clean the interior. Here you have to pay extra for the vacuum.

Paid for a wash, the machine processed my card but the wash never started. There was a car beside me in the second bay that had the same thing happen. Tried calling the phone number multiple times to speak with someone but there was no answer, and no option to leave a voicemail. Afterwards I saw two separate posts on local Facebook pages of multiple people having their money taken and the carwash not working for them either, on multiple different days. Unsure why the owner wouldn't put up an out of order sign to let people know to try later when the issue is resolved, instead of continuing to take money from people when neither bay is operational.

I was just there and paid for the $8 wash on the right stall. It said enter if theys no one in there and they wasn't. So I started in and the undercarriage wash came on and I went through. I pulled up waiting for a sound, light, or for it to start sparying or moving and nothing happened. I noticed the the undercarriage wash was still going. I backed out and pulled back in then the undercarriage washed stopped. I backed out and back in again then pulled out went around and tryed it again. Nothing never started. I been going there for years and this is the first time I ever had any problems there. I paid with cash and would like a refund if it would be possible? Hell $8 is about 2 and half gallons of gas! Lol thanks.

Hey, just wanted to let the owners know that I attempted to get a car wash for my vehicle and was unable to after paying. The machine also didn't print a receipt, I've never had an issue with this car wash this is the first time but would like some feedback on what I can do next.Update 07/18/23Hey just wanted you to know I seen the refund in my account! Touchless wash has no sensors for your vehicle or the equipment. Wash arm brushed (thankfully just brushed) the mirror, wash stopped as it should have, but left the car soapy. Went through a second time and still came out with soap on the vehicle. $22 for a soapy car, no thank you! Owner refused refund because he spent “a lot” of money for a pin for the touchless arm. He offered a free wash…. No thanks, not an experience I want to repeat. Hopefully my $22 donation will help him get proper sensors for his equipment. Poor customer service, make the extra 5 minute drive (1.7 miles) down the road to Burnt Mountain Auto Wash!
