I have never left a review on a business ever, until now. If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. I have been dealing with this two bit company since October 5th, 2025, when I ordered a side panel for a ‘79 Jeep CJ-7. End of October comes around without a word on the order. Turns out, no one reviewed my order and they blamed it on their “automated warehouse” and would have it shipped asap. Now it’s November and I still haven’t heard back. We worked out a solution that it would be sourced from another distributor, but it would cost an extra $200.00. First panel comes a week after the order. To my surprise, it was creased on the inner cowl support from being on one pallet (keep in mind, it’s the ENTIRE SIDE PANEL from the cowl to the rear). I had to reject the order and the shipping company took pictures of the damage and submitted it to JeepHut. After weeks of waiting, Jeephut blames me for not taking pictures of the damage. So I request another panel to be sent. At this point I’m getting frustrated. The second panel arrives at the beginning of December and, once again, it is creased in the same exact spot and on one pallet. If it was a dent, I wouldn’t care, but a crease on an inner support is completely different. The shipping company explained that the automatic strapping and being on one pallet was the reason. They told me to get into contact with Jeephut to relay a message to the distributor to put the panel on two pallets and to avoid the auto strapping or whatever they were using that creased the panel. I also made sure to get PLENTY of pictures this time. For weeks on end I called and got a customer service rep (will not give out names since I am a reasonable person) saying that I would receive a call from the supervisor (at this point I was questioning if there even is a supervisor). I had to call upwards of 15 times with the same reply until today, January 7, 2025, I reached someone new and was told that the issue was being resolved with the insurance company and I would NOT BE RECEIVING A NEW PANEL. After months of going back and forth, I never thought I would get a slap in the face like that. After making a comment about your absolutely horrible customer service and that I’ve never had to deal with something like this before, the lady says something along the lines of “I beg to differ.” That’s what you call customer service? Believe it or not, I am going to school for Automotive Management and Customer Service and I can tell you this is NOT how you handle a beyond frustrated customer. I don’t know what kind of basement-run, money order business you have going on here but I hope everyone will see this review and steer clear of your business. This review will be relayed across other means of media in case of deletion. You would think after waiting over 3 months for something that was supposed to be here well before Christmas and after paying upwards of $600.00 for a piece of freaking sheet metal I would be treated a little better, but no.

I really wanted to like this place but unfortunately that is not the case. I called right before the Jeep show in Jasper and spoke with Bree. She seemed super friendly and helpful and told me about the show that weekend and how I could come out with my new and first Jeep to discuss a build. I went to the event that Saturday and met the owner and his Father. I purchased a new set of wheels and front bumper from them and told them I would come down the following week to work out the build. That next Friday Sept 5th I went and spent 3 hrs with Bree picking out all the upgrades I wanted. We are talking about a lot of money I was ready to spend with them. When I left Bree had a few more things to add to the quote and would send it to me shortly for review and parts payment. I waited all day and never received an email. Since they aren’t open on weekends I gave them Monday and called back on Tuesday to ask about the quote. Bree explained she got busy but would have it to me by the next day. Next day comes and I’m still waiting so I call back and get told again she was working on the last thing and would send it along with a phone call to let me know I should have the quote. This makes no sense since everything but one part was done when I left the shop on the 5th. Well guess what….again no quote no call no nothing. Here it is Monday 9/15 and I’m having to drive there to pick up my parts I already bought so I can start over with another shop. To the Owner…I run a business and I can tell you that the lack of Customer Service by your sales team is holding you back. You lost a lot of money with me and a customer who is loyal to local businesses.

Just pick my Jeep up after having all new gears and locker installed in the rear end and new bushings in the lift kit, basically fixing a bunch of defects from the last shop that worked on it. So far, so good, staff is friendly ,answered questions. Would recommend

This is the worst experience I have had. I ordered a audio control a month ago. When it arrived, it didn't have the parts. I contacted Jeep Hut Offroad customer service and spoke with Dena. Explained to her and sent pictures. Dena stated she was going to get with someone and call me back. 2 days went by, no call so I called back. Another lady answered the phone and stated that the audio control was discontinued and a return shipping label was sent that morning. I asked if there was another audio control comparable to the one I ordered. She stated she will check with her audio guy and call me back. I never heard back from anyone. I called back 2 days later got the same lady, she stated that she was sorry and the were really busy and she was the only one in the office today due everyone being sick. She said will call you back by the end of the day, I was on her list. Never received a call back that day or the next day. I called back spoke with a gentleman and he looked it up and said he see where it was sent to have the return shipping label to be approved. I asked him if there was a comparable audio control, he said he will check and call me back. He did call me back later that day with a comparable unit. The problem is I would have to order this new audio control unit and I still have the old one. To this day, I still have this $300 audio control lcq1 unit that I can't use. My next step is to contact a lawyer. This is my first and last time ordering from this company!

Can’t say enough GREAT THINGS about Jeep Hut. Every time we need anything they go above & beyond to help with our Jeep. A big shout out to BRE & MIKE for their kindness yesterday helping with my Jeep top—I’ve gotta have surgery on my hand and was struggling to get the top on. The two of them got right on it and had the top on in 5 minutes. THANKS BRE & MIKE for your great customer service! Merry Christmas! 🎄

I had a rocky start with these guys, was hard to get in with the customer service team and the owner, but once I did they made sure everything was right. I believe they were getting false info from a company they use called “route”. The owner seemed a bit catty and would only project his side so you could never get to the actual problem. Once the customer service team stepped in everything was made right.Product received as ordered.

I ordered a soft top and after a week of no progress, I called and they realized it was on back order and offered to ship another one for the same price the same day. The soft top was on my porch today! I’m not sure of the lady’s name I spoke with but she is definitely on it! Thank u for the wonderful customer service! Will definitely order again!

this place is a absolute joke, you can’t ever get anyone on the phone, i ordered ds18 tower horns that said in stock over 2 weeks ago and can’t get anybody on the phone, then instead of refund, they try to offer me something else. absolutely ridiculous

Called and asked if a part was I stock. I was told yes and it would ship same day or next day. After I ordered I got an email saying the part was back ordered for 30 days or more. Called and they straight up lied to me and said they never stated the part was instock. Don't give them your business. No integrity and horrible customer service.
