Every time I order online, I always seem to get at least 1 or 2 things that are past expiration date. I don't know what's wrong with Jasper, but I'm starting to see a pattern after dealing with the Publix down the road too. I guess if you need groceries, just keep driving south or go to Ellijay.

I like how friendlier the staff and assistant managers have been in the last two months with Publix getting ready to open. They should have been customer oriented the whole time. Now with competition it’s a different story.

Our experience with curbside from the Jasper, GA Kroger location has always been top notch. The manager, Suzanne, in that department is always willing to offer any help as necessary. We are more than pleased with the deals & coupons offered each time we shop. Even gas incentives for shopping curbside on Fridays. As long as they continue to offer such an amazing service all around we will continue shopping here.

The Kroger in Jasper has a solid product selection. What makes the difference for me is the very friendly staff that wants to help their customers, and provide a good shopping experience. There are other grocery stores nearby, and Kroger is always my first choice. I also enjoy the sandwich meat counter.

The sale prices reflected on tags for certain items (i.e. Beer) are not the same when you go to check out. They refuse to honor their own pricing and talk to their customers like they are idiots. I have had this same situation happen twice in a matter of months. I will be glad when Publix opens, They know how to treat their customers. Seriously underperformers in the customer service and price transparency department.

I would love to mention a huge appreciation for miss Elizabeth in the pharmacy. There was a little bit of difficulty with picking up a much needed script that day. Not only did Elizabeth get it taken care of she did some quick research and got my a great price. Please take you scripts to Kroger in Jasper and ask for Elizabeth. You'll be happy you did!

This pharmacy is incompetent.
Staff sucks . I had to call & track down issues that a customer should not have to do. DO BETTER OR DONT WILL NOT USE THEM EVER AGAIN

Nice store. But the cashier, Rose, was totally unprofessional. She kept hitting the conveyor belt to move our food out of her way, causing it to pile up on top of other things and cramming everything together. The guy that was bagging was called away (by a manager?) which left her and us to bag our food. Then, we had inadvertently left a pack of drinks at the end which we no longer wanted since we had already paid and Rose went off on us telling us not to leave things at the end of the belt because she didn't know who it belonged to and it caused issues for her and we should just give it to customer service if we didn't want it .... On and on she went, turning red in the face. We apologized several times but she wouldn't stop, so we just walked away... With Rose still berating us.

Im not very familiar with Kroger. I went to the Kroger in Jasper Ga and was blown away with the entire market. The fruit selection was ridiculous! Seemed like they had everything. The meat department was also great. People were friendly and store very clean.

Finally found a Kroger near the house that I like. Everyone was friendly. I felt welcomed, respected by the employees, and was pleased at how well the store was maintained.
