Extremely rude. Was charged for a manicure I didn’t get. $110.00 for mani pedi. I believe the nail person’s name was Annie. Will not return there while she is still employed. Have had good experience there before her.

Terrible job. She didnt put in any effort at all, didnt push back nail beds, and used basically tin foil wrapped around a spatula for the callus removal.. Let these photos tell the story. STAY AWAY from this place as it was a waste of $40.

If I could give zero stars I would! Worst nail spa experience I’ve ever had. Not friendly at all. Asked for callous remover and was given a 10 second scrub with a pumice stone. She yanked on my feet and huffed the whole appointment. The entire pedicure appointment lasted 7 MINUTES !!! When I tried to politely address my concerns I was told “you’re done” and she walked off . I will NEVER be back !!

super hot, was sweating while waiting, took 1hour for soak off! Didn’t even complete my nails? Not even a trim? Nails super dry, having to take more time to fix them at home to get them back to normal.

Vee does an awesome job every time she does my nails!! Great nail artist. I’ve been going every 2 weeks for awhile now and will continue to do so. If you want great looking nails by a great nail tech go to luxury nail spa, you will be took care of the right way.

PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING, I went in here with my daughter to get our nails and toes done, which would normally cost us about $175-$190 anywhere else. I got charged doubled the normal price for some basic service. The prices in the booklet are wrong, it says 25-35 for a pedicure but I got charged $75 a piece for a pedicure. The lady who did my daughters nails, did them way to long and didn’t even ask me if the length was okay. They do not throw away the products they use on you, they just wash them off and use them on someone else. I will never go back here, highly disappointed, I feel like I got scammed. The older lady who checked me out even went back and “semi” changed the prices when I called her out on the first amount. I will be reporting this business to the BBB.
Edit-I would love to speak with management please give me a name of who I need to contact.

excellent and detailed pedicure from start to finish... My rating is such because the price in the booklet doesn't reflect what I was charged. Otherwise, it would be a five star rating. The nail techs should inform clients if there is a price adjustment that is different from what's in the booklet.

My toe nails looking atrocious I could’ve done better myself she did not give me the pedicure I asked for did not cut my toenails honestly they looked better when I walked in than they did when I left.
