HORRIBLE. I even Told them I was getting married tomorrow and this is what they gave me. I could have done better job my self. DONT ADVISE here at all they don’t care and rushed this. I’ve never in my life had such bad service.

UPDATE:::
As of 8 days in ! I now have what looks like a fungal or bacterial infection on my thumb ! Not had a response whatsoever from this company please please STAY AWAY
I went on Sunday to get my nails done , for the first time in almost two years , finally was able to treat myself for once . Well I call up to salon woman answers ; letting me know “not busy now you can come now” , awesome .. NOT . I get there and understand waiting . No problem . But I then get asked if I knew what I wanted .. having not even been handed the color selections yet 15mins in. Finally decide on a color she begins to put the tips on and I can already tell it wasn’t going well. However she started “ oh when I’m done you’ll see “ asked how I wanted them I said “fairly short” meaning I don’t want lots of length. She then didn’t listen when I said I wanted shorter . Then asked if I wanted square . I’m sorry but I’ve never had square nails ever look like this . To top off there are atleast 4 crooked ones and a few you can clearly tell she chose wrong tip to begin with / I think it is safe to say I won’t be returning . I now also have to pay more else where to fix it

Love love love Lee, Susan and Jinny. I fact I have never had a bad experience with ANY OF THE people in the spa. I lived in Jasper for 20+ years this is the Only nail spa I use. I have since move out of state I STILL DRIVE TO JASPER TO HAVE MY NAILS DONE.. I get compliments daily on my nails.

The only place I go! I’m a Jasper native and have visited all the salons and this one is by far my favorite! They do a great job every time and are so friendly! I always leave happy!

I am absolutely disgusted I went in to get a pedicure today. The lady doing my pedicure was very sweet but the tools they used were disgusting they was rust on them, she used the same tools on toe that she did on someone else the only disinfectant she used was run them under some water. After I was done she then proceeded to use the same tools on my feet on the person sitting next to me. I understand they were busy but this is unacceptable, gross, and so many more things.

Went in this past weekend to get a pedicure and sns on my nails. I had a couple of pictures and asked if they could do what I wanted before we began. I was assured—yes, no problem! I just wanted a couple of different solid colors and chunky glitter. The solid colors were grabbed and I asked again about the chunky glitter I was told yes, no problem we’ll do it at the end. The pedicure was good but my nails took forever and he wouldn’t listen to anything I asked for. I don’t like the shape and asked several times for him to fix them and he would roughly run a file over once or twice and declare it perfect and keep going. I asked two more times about the chunky glitter to be told yes, yes, we’ll do it special at the end. When the end rolled around I was told they didn’t have any glitter like I wanted. I explained that I would have picked something completely different if I had known that. He told me it would be fine. I ended up seeing some chunky glitter myself and asked why I couldn’t have that? He told me to go pick what I wanted only to then tell me no it wouldn’t look good. I explained that I wanted it and he refused to put it on my nail. He ended up painting glitter gel polish over my nails and not even how I wanted it. At that point I just needed to get out of there. I was to the point of tears after not being listened to when I had asked and asked and asked. I just let him finish up so I could leave. He declared that my nails are better than the picture. I was so frustrated! They are lumpy and uneven, none are shaped the same and they are not at all what I asked for. I will most definitely not be returning!!

Nail tec BILL does excellent work ? ? ? he does are whole families nails ? all 6 of us even if we have to wait for him it is well worth the wait he takes pride in everything he does

I tried this place out for the first time this weekend and had a great experience. I was greeted as I walked through the door and everyone was friendly. Lee did amazing on my nails and exactly what I asked for. Lisa did my spa pedicure and was great! I will definitely be coming back!

I came to get a pedicure and manicure and they were both horrible. The staff was very rushed and not thorough at all. They did not file, cut cuticles or anything thorough. My gel nail polish was all lumpy, sections of my nails weren't painted, polish left on my skin and the list goes on. I left there so sad and frustrated. I will not be returning. 120$ wasted. It's my birthday tomorrow and this was a gift and I am really disappointed.

The salon's commitment to customer satisfaction is evident in their willingness to address any concerns or issues promptly. Service was professional and very attentive! I just started coming here and Im very impressed. Nail Dynasty is my absolute favorite nail salon. My gels last longer than any other salon I've been to.
