On 9/26/24 I received a cancellation notice on my homeowners insurance with Progressive when my paper check did not reach them in time. I called the customer service number in the email notification and was told there was no Grace Period and when my check was received it would be returned to Sender. This was 1 day before Helene was expected to arrive. I called the Parish Lowrie Agency and spoke with Brendon who was able to quote coverage and immediately provide a replacement homeowners policy for my Big Canoe home by 4 pm that afternoon. Not only was my policy less expensive State Farm does not play around with their pricing to make you think you're getting a better price by paying for your policy in full. On that same day I transferred both of my autos, which were also with Progressive, to State Farm and now I'm in the process of insuring my rental properties in Big Canoe with the Parish Lowrie Agency because of the wonderful experience I had with Brendon.

If you’re considering switching your auto or other insurance - this team is a must call. Vivian Schwahl has been top notch in providing me with a variety of quotes (I asked for several variations several days in a row ?) and so kindly worked with my wonky schedule so we could get me the most suitable - and affordable! - rate for my needs.
She also took time to inquire about the progress of projects of mine that came about in conversation during our first call. That level of attentiveness and customer service is exactly what stands above the rest and I’m grateful for it!
We all want to save money (and now I am!) - but more than that we want to be treated like humans, not numbers. This team understands that and it makes all the difference!

Excellent service. Brendon was able to review our needs and provide us with the correct coverage needed and a better price. After months of trying to update our insurance with another company’s “customer service” department we decided to change and it was worth it. I highly recommend using a local agent. VIVIAN IS SUCH AN AMAZING, LAID BACK, AND INTELLECTUAL PERSON. SHE MADE MY EXPERIENCE SWITCHING BACK TO STATE FARM PERFECT! I LEFT KNOWING I MADE THE CORRECT DECISION. IM A SINGLE MAMA AND SHE MADE SURE TO LET ME KNOW ALL THE POLICIES AND DISCOUNTS THAT COULD ALLOW IT TO BE AFFORDABLE AT THE SAME TIME KNOWING MY KIDS ARE IN GOOD HANDS IF ANYTHING HAPPENED TO US OR OUR HOME.
