“Exceptional service and response time! It was a Friday afternoon, we got a flat tire on our box truck with a full load of household goods and Roland tire got us in and out in under an hour. They sold us two brand new tires, rotated them and aligned them for a very reasonable price! I will recommend them to anyone even if they are just passing through. I will be stopping to get two more tires later on this week after a delivery in Atlanta. Thank you Jason and team for the incredible service!”
“What a wonderful shop!
I had shown up with a nail on the side of my tire , not repairable , per my husband, and the experts here agreed.
I had to get to Florida to my son's birthday , they moved me right ahead , took care of me first!
Highly recommend this family owned business- met the owner Beth and her son Brock. Honest, kind people! Our new auto shop for tires and alignments.”
“I came in because I had a screw in my tire I was also having a battery issue early that day that I thought I had solved but I in fact had not, the techs repaired my tire and when they were finished my car did not start back up with all of our heads put together we had figured out that it was the cable that was damaged and they rigged my cable up to help me get home which was 90 miles away. All free of charge might I add. I thank everyone that works there!”
“Marvin and the team at Alen's tire shop were fantastic. I had a hiccup on my journey back home to FL, but when I called he came to us quickly and was so accommodating. We did have to make the slow journey to the tire shop because my tire was being difficult. The shop was super clean and organized, my tire was replaced so fast and the price was very reasonable. Made it all the way home to FL with no problems!”
