The inventory is pretty good but the costumer service is lacking. Mainly the front end. Lack of supervision and training.

Dianne was just too busy to help us out at self checkout talking to her friends catching up didn't want to notice multiple waiting customers. To say the least, Dianne was unhelpful, Cindy on the other hand, made our process a bit faster. The man in the rope section was a 10/10 and that's basically what averages your score out.

I’m still waiting for my delivery for order made on April 17 by clerk in store. He would not sell me floor model until end of July. The floor model was sold several weeks later . I would not have been so upset if my patio set had been delivered. As of today, I have had 6 delivery dates and many promises but no patio set. I have spoken to at least 10 or more people for the last 7+ weeks. I have even received many emails from FastMile saying it is on the way and 4 hour win

Just what you need, parking for equipment is very hard to get them in and out

I'm always dropping by this store. It's a seasonal purchase location for me. You know... potted flowers for each season, lawn stuff for summer, paints for spring (for some reason I'm always painting something in Spring), and of course Christmas lights and gifts for dad and nephew!!!! This location has good folks up front on registers. If the self scan are the only thing open these nice folks will help you ring everything up and doesn't take forever to checkout. Good customer service move that I appreciate

Great service during day. Especially appliances. Night time, needs more supervision and focus. Overall 95% of home improvement needs here.

The female manager on duty today could not have been more unprofessional if she tried!!! She just lost your store a $5500 door installation order. We will be heading over to Lowes. I imagine we will have them do the rest of our home improvement projects as well. Customer service is key. Someone should explain that to her.

I previously thought that Home Depot and Lowe's were the same, but the past six months have shown me that Home Depot cares more for professionals and do it yourself workers. Home Depot has much more knowledgeable individuals who will take time to assist you in finding the right parts or give you as much advice as they can. There are no questions asked if you have to return something, even if it is a few days late. Lowes is just the opposite

Bought some window blinds from them 3 years ago. I had a couple of slats that got messed up and I was going to just replace the broken slats. There were a couple of demonstrations on You-Tube how you could easily do this job yourself. I was extremely surprised and shocked when I found out they could not help order slats. They pretty much shrugged their shoulders and said I was on my own. I learned the hard way not to order things from the big box companies that they will install for you. I went to Lowes also and at least they tried a little to help but could not do anything. Live and learn.
