UPS lost three times our overnight shipment for a real estate closing. Wow THREE times. We had to delay our closing for 4 days, then the first shipment found its way. We are lucky that the buyer didn't cancel the transaction. If you have something IMPORTANT you want to go to FEDEX. Now we are waiting for reimbursement from UPS for all that lost and delayed shipments.

I've used UPS stores for years and they are always good but the Jasper GA store is the absolutely the best.

Went to this Jasper Ga UPS store to send something to a family member that was vacationing in Florida. So I was at the store on a Friday at 12:30 pm and the person at the register said for $62.00 overnight for delivery before 3 pm the next day which was Saturday. Well my family didn’t receive the package till the following week on Wednesday. I contacted the store and the ma was on vacation away at the beach the lady said. So I had to wait 7 days for him to get back because no one at this store could help me. The date of shipping package was June 21st and finally got reimbursed for shipping because of failure to deliver for the $62.00 on July 28th and the check was short $10 and the manager said they don’t ref fill amount only a portion. Really terrible customer service and not worth it. Will never go back there. Totally unacceptable customer service. So look out for this business. They don’t care about customers.

Very friendly staff. Easy in and easy out in a timely fashion. Store is clean but really small and cramped. The only problem I have to mention us that they close anywhere from 30 min to 45 min early with no warning or any notification. If your posted hours of operation states a specific open and close time , that's what is expected. When u leave work early or running late and get toothed store before the posted closing time only to find out theyvlieed 30 min prior,, it ruffles your feathers a bit :) other than that,, job well done to all !! Keep up the good work !

I have emailed paperwork to many different Ups locations but at this location the charged me a $1.25 service charge just to print 2 pieces of paper. No other location has ever charged me this fee. Never using this location again. I asked for a manager and she just said we are told to charge regardless of how many prints it is.

Sandy and Ronnie are amazing! 10/10 service! 1000/10 being an amazing person helping someone in need! These people give hope to humanity! And Sandy's cousin Sharon does a drive service in this town that is also 10/10 service and 1000/10 being an amazing person!

This Manger gave me a hard time about a handmade item and refused to do anything about it without having the packaging and box that it was shipped in. Even though I had pictures of it.
