Very friendly staff. Easy in and easy out in a timely fashion. Store is clean but really small and cramped. The only problem I have to mention us that they close anywhere from 30 min to 45 min early with no warning or any notification. If your posted hours of operation states a specific open and close time , that's what is expected. When u leave work early or running late and get toothed store before the posted closing time only to find out theyvlieed 30 min prior,, it ruffles your feathers a bit :) other than that,, job well done to all !! Keep up the good work !

I have emailed paperwork to many different Ups locations but at this location the charged me a $1.25 service charge just to print 2 pieces of paper. No other location has ever charged me this fee. Never using this location again. I asked for a manager and she just said we are told to charge regardless of how many prints it is.

Sandy and Ronnie are amazing! 10/10 service! 1000/10 being an amazing person helping someone in need! These people give hope to humanity! And Sandy's cousin Sharon does a drive service in this town that is also 10/10 service and 1000/10 being an amazing person!

This Manger gave me a hard time about a handmade item and refused to do anything about it without having the packaging and box that it was shipped in. Even though I had pictures of it.

The store times on Google or on the UPS website do not match the hours posted at the store. They close at 6:15 Mon-Fri, not 6:30

I use this location frequently the last four years and they are always so easy to work with. I can’t speak to excellent customer service but honestly they are so quick they don’t need to do much more than smile. The do printing, large print jobs, mailings, Amazon returns, post office boxes, notarizing, and so much more.

Worst people ever! I was sending out 2 packages to the same address. “Josh Pike” couldn’t type “lane” but instead he typed in Ln. He told me that the system wouldn’t accept it, and only accepted Ln. the street name is called the Lane. So I paid for it and now I got one of the package back describing that it got rejected. I called up to the ups store describing the reasons and the girl on the phone was rude and asking me to pay to ship it out again repeatedly and telling me it’s my fault.

These people are super lazy. It took 30 minutes to print 1 paper. Everyone hates their job and have no customer service skills.
