I finally had to transfer all my prescriptions to a competitor due to not being able to fill medicines. They state the manufacturer is on back order but their competitor had NO issues getting them filled. And their app needs work.

On vacation from Chicago, we had to get a prescription for my husband and they told me they could not fill it because the paper prescription from my doctor was a copy (it was not), plus made a crude comment about us being from Illinois. Is this what the state of Georgia is all about? Never, never, never, visiting again.

One of the worse cashiers i have ever seen just got hired here, so mean, cusses, doesnt care, makes everything hard, i dont know what her problem is. No name tag, white, blondish, not nice, seems to be proud of her ugliness.

Don’t even bother. Worst pharmacy I’ve ever seen. Try calling any time of day and you’ll wait at least 45 minutes. They consistently lose prescriptions claiming they never got it yet I watched the doctor send it, and once I get it resent they magically find it.I can’t tell you how many times I’ve waited at least a day to pick up prescriptions and they still haven’t been filled and I get told “oh, it’s not filled yet, can you come back?” what a joke.

The pharmacist understands how free coupons with titration works and that Doctors give their patients samples. They should ask the patient at what dose they have reached on their titration and indicate that on the voucher request. They are basically scamming old people by reducing the number of free SOLIQUA PENS FROM 5 to 2! My doctor ordered 5 pens and the voucher is for 3 pens!

My Covid card was denied by a cruise line, for an upcoming trip because a date was written ineligibly by this pharmacy. When I called Walgreens to ask how to remedy, "Mercedes" initially answered the phone with attitude and abruptness and then responded in the same manner. I got in my car and was inconvenienced (1 hour round trip) to pick up a new card. However, happily it was ready at my arrival and I profusely thanked the staff. Rather than being receptive to my thanks, I received "stink eye" from the surrounding staff (the pharmacist or med tech even rolled her eyes at me). As representatives for Walgreens, not one apology was delivered from any of these ladies for my inconvenience due to THE PHARMACY'S MISTAKE! Thank goodness the young man "Jabe" was all smiles and told me to have a safe trip! Apparently, at his young age, he understands that the "customer comes first"! Furthermore as I as leaving the store disgruntled, Scott (very nice cashier) offered and called the manager. The mgr never came; that was okay being lunchtime or having other store issues. However, I should have received a follow-up phone call from him, at the very least, due to my obvious dissatisfaction with the pharmacy attitude which I openly expressed to the pharmacy itself as I walked away.. My family spends a fortune on medication monthly. Whether it's on the phone or at pick-up, Jasper Walmart pharmacy is ALWAYS customer friendly no matter how busy they are. Superior service every time! This Walgreen pharmacy needs an attitude adjustment! Will NEVER use them!

We have been to Walgreen’s Pharmacy in Jasper just a few times and that’s enough. They are the rudest people I have ever encountered at any drugstore. Not willing to help or go out of their way at all. This is every single time. Just asking a simple question to one particular Pharmacist (can’t remember her name) was a sin. She never smiles and super unfriendly. There is no excuse for this. Will never get my business again and I am sure they don’t care.

Super unprofessional pharmacy. I called to see how much my prescription was and they told me it wouldn't be ready until Friday. Then on Saturday they told me the prescription didn't come in until Friday, which was a lie. I verified they received the prescription Thursday and got the price. Then she told me they had to order it and it wouldn't be there until Monday. They did the same thing with my sons asthma medicine.

i opened a case with walgreens corporate in October, 2021 and was promised a reply within days... follow up calls and emails on the case with a promised resolution still outstanding. unfortunately, the location in question doesn't have a claimed yelp page. so will continue to leave reviews for all Walgreens until resolved. the claim file against: Walgreens Address: 3925 Peachtree Rd NE, Brookhaven, GA 30319, United States until walgreens gets back to me with evidence otherwise, the location listed above engages in prescription mismanagement and improper record keeping. i've provide photos and documentation to the corporate claims department.... crickets!
