If you can avoid working here, do so. There's a reason this Amazon facility has a higher turnover rate.

Great place to work. I enjoyed my time working here. Most of the workers were very pleasant. Very rare were there unpleasant situations. I loved the fact that I met people from many backgrounds. At Amazon you will meet people from a vast number of nations. It gives you an opportunity to broaden your outlook and learn a bit more about the world we live in. The supervisors and managers were also great to work with. If you desire to work here you must be prepared to work hard. Work is physically demanding. I treated it as an opportunity to get back in shape. Thanks MGE5 for helping me to get rid of some COVID fat.

Ive worked here since 2022 & it has gone downhill. You will be overworked & treated poorly. The managers have favorites, they get on you if you “self assign” but they end up moving you to another spot not even a hour into the shift. The “15” minute breaks are actually about 8 minutes long because it takes a good 3-6 minutes to go to the front or to your car, oh and you can’t be on your break the whole 8 minutes either, you have to cut 1 minute out to start walking back to your station before they start “scanning your badge”. You will absolutely not be rewarded for being a hard worker or a team player, instead you will be taken advantage of and end up doing other people’s work because some of the managers are too scared to confront some of the employees. You hardly have a voice here as they will brush you off. The pay isn’t great for new comers, they flex up most of the time so if you do doubles which in total is about 8-10 hours long, your break will only be about 20-30 minutes long , maybe a hour on a good day depending how fast you can get to your car. Unless you have no other option on employment, I highly don’t recommend working here if you cherish your mental health, because you WILL be burnt out.

It’s been three years since I quite pulling Amazon trailers. There have been many significant changes. The process of getting in and out is now computerized, which is much better than before. Overall, the place is still somewhat small and very busy. There's too much traffic at the yard.

Drove an hour and ten minutes to the drug test, got hired, drove an hour and thirty minutes for day 1 sat there from 8 to 1 drove back the next day for day 2. They said we would have our schedules after day 2 it’s been 4 days since and I can’t see it in A to Z app. I called the number provided on app they direct me to a robot that can’t answer why I can’t see my schedule then it prompts to hang up. Why bring people in when you don’t actually hire them on? Enticed people with 1500 sign on bonus which is bogus! Such a waste of time and gas!
