NOTE: Leaving a review at the same level of how I was treated during my experience with this store... Stopped in to look for wiper blades for my Jeep JK. The actor sales rep tells me that they no longer carry these parts and I that I have to go to a dealer. I guess they get paid to sit around like the mannequins at the mall. I thought this place was an auto parts store, there is a picture of a damn Jeep on your display. Advance Auto had the part. Next time I will just stop in just to use the bathroom.

This was a great experience I had in a Autozone with associate Jeremy . He greeted us (my wife and I) when we walked in and followed up with us within minutes of us arriving. He was very knowledgeable and helpful as we were struggling to find some parts. Definitely recommend this branch to anyone in Jefferson Ga.

The store in Jefferson Georgia 1050 Washington Street gets a - 100 they don't know how to treat a costumer and he has a smart mouth and told me I needed to go get the parts I needed from O'Reilly's I thought y'all did piece match but I won't ever go to another auto zone again

Shout out to Jeremy!!! He was great! Needed a light bulb changed and free on(probably said that wrong but 😔 have no clue) He helped me with what I needed and not just that he showed me how to do it myself if I need to do it again. He was very knowledgeable and I was just passing through but if I'm in Jefferson again I will stop by, even if to just say thank you again..

The best AutoZone! There’s a few selections including Napa and Advance but, AutoZone has always been my go to! I just love the customer service and atmosphere!
