My issue was with balance and stability. Joshua was with me the entire time. While he updated exercises at each session some were repeated. I believe I have a library of exercises I can now practice at home as now I am very quite with my balance.

While the main focus of PT was on the need that took me to Benchmark, there was an underlying current that seemed to me as if the real main focus of my therapy was on the general well being of the person as a whole. I call that dedication to healing... thank you, Lindsey🌻
