About Jefferson Fitness

Jefferson Fitness is a very clean, well-managed, and friendly local gym. It offers great value for the money with all the machines and free weights needed for a solid workout. The management and trainers are knowledgeable and understanding. It provides flexible terms with no long-term commitment and is a good deal for certain memberships. Available classes and 24-hour access add to its appeal. A couple of quibbles are the lack of a separate changing room and a water bottle filler.

    I am not sure why the reviews show 3.9 stars. I am super thrilled with this gym, the management, and the trainers. I am 61 years old and have about 100 pounds to lose. I have arthritis in my left knee and the trainers seem to understand and work with what I can and cannot do. It is very clean and well managed.

    Nice for workout only if local, but overpriced for what is offered. Limited

    First time I've been in there.Very Very clean.The people that manage this are friendly and knowledgeable.It seems you need a key to enter all the time. If you make an appointment they can open up for you.If you have "Silver Sneakers " it's a real good deal.
