They are servicing with auto-insurance providers. But 3 hours in to a maximum 90 minutes to have my car towed. Still says 55 minutes delay. Driver doesn’t pickup phone from insurance company or from me. Just unacceptable behavior. Watch out if you providers use them as roadside assistance.

Logan's was on scene after a horrible wreck that my father was involved in. They took great care of the vehicle and our family afterwards. Meeting with them to get any belongings out was a breeze.
