“This was our first experience going to the Commerce, Georgia Home Depot. The Pro Desk person (young lady) I spoke with prior to arriving was super helpful when I called to check availability of some roofing materials we needed. I think her name may have been Olivia, but I'm not positive. She even checked the inventory to make sure there was enough in stock before we made the trip there (we're 35 minutes away).
When we arrived, we even knew which aisle we needed to look down since she also let me know over the phone! There was a young man working in that area and he asked if we might need any assistance. There was a second employee nearby, so he asked him to also help load our long cart with these 12 foot clear panels which was truly a blessing to us.
All in all, the staff there seem to display a team spirit and cooperative personalities. It was a breath of fresh air to see young employees that were eager to help in any way they could with smiling faces. Kudos to Home Depot in Commerce for employing these great young people! I only wish I had paid attention to their names so they could be recognized for a job well done for a little over a $200.00 order.
