Inconsistent Cinnabon Products and Terrible Customer Service: A Parent's PerspectiveAs a regular patron of the Clipper Gas Station and On The Run Convenience store, I feel compelled to share my experiences, particularly regarding the Cinnabon offerings at this location. My son, like many kids, eagerly anticipates his breakfast Cinnabon from this establishment. However, our visits have been marked by inconsistency in the availability of fresh Cinnabons. More often than not, we arrive only to be informed that they are not available due to time constraints or other reasons. While I understand that businesses face challenges in maintaining consistent offerings, the disappointment my son experiences each time we leave empty-handed is disheartening. Moreover, the frustration of dealing with store associates who seem aggravated by our request for Cinnabons adds to the overall negative experience. In light of these recurring issues, I urge the owners to consider discontinuing the Cinnabon service altogether, similar to their decision regarding Auntie Anne's. If providing Cinnabons intermittently leads to customer dissatisfaction and strain on employees, it may be more beneficial to focus on other offerings that can be consistently delivered. As a parent, I would prefer clarity and reliability in the products and services offered, even if it means adjusting our expectations and choices accordingly. Streamlining the menu to eliminate inconsistent offerings could ultimately enhance the overall customer experience and alleviate unnecessary frustrations.I hope this feedback is taken into consideration, as it stems from a genuine desire for improvement and a positive experience for all patrons.

Stopped in about 11:15am on 5/2/22. No fresh food ready at all,and end up purchasing 8 items snacks, ect. The lady didn't even offer to put it in a bag. I guess she felt like she already did enough by pushing buttons and what not.

If you’re in a hurry early in the morning or late in the evening. stop somewhere else. The lady who works night shift will ignore you to smoke cigarettes, stock shelves, or simply chat with her friends and leave you standing at the counter for as long as you’ll let her. Day shift folks are great and are the only reason I’m giving more than one star.

I had a $50 winning lottery ticket, so I went to "On the run" in Jefferson, GA to get credit from the lottery machine and purchase more tickets. I scanned the ticket and the credit applied, so I got a $20 ticket and tried to get a $30 ticket, but the machine jammed and didn't give me the ticket, and showed an error message, so I was unable to get the ticket. I told the clerk working. She said I would have to come back the next day (Sat) to get the clerk to open the machine. I went the next day, but she said she had already opened the machine but didn't see a ticket stuck or hanging loose anywhere, so I would need to come back on Monday and get Raul to open the machine. I called on Monday, but he asked me to come this morning, so I did. He counted the money and tickets, and said it all matched, so he couldn't give me a $30 ticket or cash. I am very upset about this. I am out $30 because of this situation with the machine. I play the lottery several times a week, but have never had this happen. I will never use that machine at On the run again!
