To be honest.. it was my first time going back i to this place since they moved. The ladies at the previous place made the experience way more enjoyable than my second.
When i walked through the doors today it was a cold “eh” welcoming. Yes, I’m not dressed to the nines and yes .. i do not always dress up. I was in jeans and an oversized sweatshirt. BUT.. when I’m only two steps in the store and i hear the gentlemen at the counter try to whisper “keep a close on her” … instantly felt turned off by even wanting to be in that place let alone embarrassed. I was casually walking around looking at different items.. which is normal to do in a retail store. So i thought. Mind you i have not been in here for even more then 5 mins .. i hardly turn the corner the guy was already creepin around to “watch me” as we made eye contact he jumps back behind the counter because he’s now been caught and goes “oh was uh just checking on you” .. completely embarrassed!! and will not honestly ever go back.
I get you have had thefts in the past.. but , I’m not them and never have been them. If i can’t afford something i don’t buy it simple.. i do NOT need steal it either. not everyone is out to get this store.

This is the cutest and best boutique in Jefferson. They have a great selection of styles and brands. Free People, Spanx, etc. The people that work there are so sweet and welcoming too. Today was my first time in and my only regret is that I didn’t discover them sooner! I’ll definitely be back to support them!!

I’ve shopped both, the Jefferson and Commerce’s, stores. The staff at each location is amazing at knowing what’s going to look good on me, even before I try on the clothes.The clothing line is fashionable and of great quality.

I went into this store one day holding my 9 month old in my arms. Since I didn’t have hands to try on the clothes I picked, I ask the associate what their Return Policy was. She said I could bring them back with a receipt within 30 days. I purchased the items since I was under the impression that I could return them. Unfortunately, I didn’t like them once I had the opportunity to try them on at home.I went back to return them and the associate told me one pair was non returnable since it was 25% off. However, since the original associate did not give me a discount they said they would let me return them anyways. After all of this, the associate then tells me that she can only give me store credit for all the items.I would’ve never purchased the items if I knew the correct return policy. Now I’m out almost $100. I sincerely hope that they spend the time to make sure their employees are trained before letting them work the store in the future.

Every time I walk through those doors I am greeted with a warm smile, and I truly feel like I'm wanted and welcome there. I have never been disappointed with any of my purchases and I always feel beautiful and confident in the clothes, shoes, and jewelry that I buy. Any woman who needs a pick me up, and wants to feel beautiful! Should head over to the convenient location of Polished Chic and treat yourself to one of the many different items they have to offer! I keep trying to give this place another chance because it is so close to my house. Every single time I am just so disappointed. The different techs will charge something different every time. One time I came and the guy said that he had to charge me extra to do my nails a little longer because it uses more product even though they just cut off the extra length and throw it away. They get a little busy and they will rush through to try and get to the next person. They don't take their time. My nails end up crooked and uneven. When I tried to point this out, they told me that my fingers are crooked. They are always super slow. This last time the woman was doing my pedicure and just literally let my feet soak in the water and filed my toe nails and then started painting. When I asked about the other stuff she that would be extra. I think that I finally give up with this place.

Went into the store last night for first time. The ladies working made a face when I came in and then turned there backs and started saying something. I walked around the store and not once did one of them welcome me to the store or offer to help me. I found something I was going to get but after the lack of customer service I left. The store was not slammed at all I would understand if the store was busy but it wasn't.
