I came in at 2am this morning and I had a nice experience. The cashier was quick friendly and the place looked very clean. Because I have a short break in the morning I appreciate her being fast. I did not catch her name but let her know her service was appreciated.

Store is a few years old but the pumps don’t work, gas cards take forever if they work, dirty and looks like a 30yr old store not a 3yr old store. Hit Racetrac or QT across the road.

Good Afternoon,
I was traveling to Alabama over the weekend and stopped here Saturday morning 7/25 around 9ish I believe. But the three gentleman (two cooks, and cashier). I believe one of their names were Shawn. They helped my husband, myself and father in law so much; my husband is visually impaired and I can’t thank them enough for their help. I pray nothing but the best for those gentlemen! And please show them this review!!

This Speedway in Jefferson is okay for a quick stop, but it definitely has room for improvement. The location is convenient, and the gas prices are usually competitive. They’ve got a good selection of snacks and drinks, and the store is stocked fairly well most of the time.
That said, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The staff can be short, unhelpful, and at times, just plain rude. You don’t expect a red carpet at a gas station, but a simple “hello” or a little courtesy would go a long way. It feels like they don’t care whether you’re there or not.
The store and bathrooms could also use more regular cleaning — not the worst I’ve seen, but definitely not the best. It’s an average spot that works in a pinch, but don’t go in expecting great service.

Clean and usually well stocked. Bathrooms are always clean, but don't always have toilet paper in the women's restroom.
