It was very easy to make an appointment. Upon arriving I was greeted. I let them know I had an appointment for an oil change and asked that they please not rotate my tires because I have a warranty where I purchased my tires. My car was serviced immediately, and they found no other issues with my car.

Car battery was dead the day before Thanksgiving. Jumped it to get to Stop and Ride to see if they could replace the battery. They were SO NICE. They had the battery in stock and worked me into their busy schedule. They gave me a very fair price and 30 minutes later I was on the road. Awesome service! Thank you so much!

I had to bring my truck in for an alignment and abs issue after Mavis tire in Buford caused damage while performing an alignment. Gregg was very easy to talk to and worked to make sure my truck was aligned correctly and that my abs worked properly. They had to replace my passenger hub assembly due to damage caused by Mavis tire lanier islands pkwy. I am very pleased with the service I received and will be back in the future. Thanks for the prompt service and the ease of communication via text app. You guys will always get my business!

The entire team at Stop and Ride go above and beyond to make sure that your vehicles are taken care of. They have serviced multiple vehicles of mine over the years and the level of professionalism, courtesy, and honesty that is received here cannot be beat! All of your questions and concerns receive thorough explanations so that you can feel confident in what services you are paying for and why. I always leave here feeling cared for, but most importantly, that my vehicle is safe to drive! I would recommend them to anyone!!

I have used Stop and Ride for years. Taken 2 cars for routine maintenance, oil changes, transmission care, bought new tires and brakes for both vehicles. Recently took my Honda pilot due to a check engine light problem and was quoted $2,500 for repairs after them having my vehicle for 2 weeks. Was advised by them to go to Honda and see is warranty would cover cost. When I went to pick up my vehicle to take to Honda per their recommendation and after spending $300 for oil change and filters, all codes were cleared so my vehicle appeared normal and operating correctly. I called and asked why they were cleared and Cindy acted as if she had no idea. This only caused Honda more difficulties in finding the original problem. Luckily Honda at Mall of Georgia was great and they were able to get the codes to come back on and fix the problem. Crazy thing…. It only cost $1,600 to fix at the dealership . A $900 difference. After being a loyal customer for years with multiple vehicles, the fact that they inflated their cost of repairs that much is a rip off and I would warn anyone that takes their vehicles there to think again and be cautious for their cost. $900 difference is ridiculous and shameful.

This shop makes sure they do their job right. We had a few hiccups (not anyone's fault) and they did their best to finish the job for us well and completely. This is where we'll go anytime we need tire work in the area.
