I had a great experience working with Nick at Trinity Tire & Auto. He took the time to clearly explain everything that was going on with my car in a way that was easy to understand. Instead of rushing through the details, he walked me through the issues step-by-step and made sure I felt informed and comfortable with the next steps. His honesty and professionalism really stood out. It’s not often you find someone who genuinely cares about helping you understand your vehicle. I definitely recommend asking for Nick if you want excellent service and clear communication!

I had been having issues with the loaner vehicle I’m driving. Some friends of mine recommended I have the transmission fluid levels checked. I called and spoke with Grayson on the phone. He was professional and willing to help. When I got off work, I brought the car to the shop. The young guy at the front desk jumped up to help me. I walked around the shop looking at the items for sale and the snacks / drinks and the cute decor. The bathroom was CLEAN and smelt nice. I was only in their 20 minutes. Grayson brought my car around and had a conversation with me about his findings. He didnt try to sell me anything. He was professional, confident and honest. I will refer all my friends in the area to use Trinity Tire and Auto.

Trinity saved our bacon again. Hit a curb, ruined two tires. Midnight, raining, lightning, waited four hours for a tow. Had the car towed to Trinity. Trinity replaced the tires and it was ready next afternoon. Plus they gave me a ride to pick up the car. You can't ask for better service than that when an emergency happens. This is the second time in four months, same curb, same tires. Both times Trinity came through for us.

Nick, Seth, Grayson, and the boys at Trinity treated me just like family. When I was in a bind, they were selfless with their time and literally did everything in their power to get me back on the road.

Called yesterday to ask if they could work me in for an oil change. I was in and out today in less than an hour. Shop is clean, prices are fair, and customer service has always been top notch!

Had an issue with the Water Pump, temperature gauge and thermostat on my 2017 Sienna just days before a scheduled trip. I took it to a local shop I’ve used before, but they quoted me an insanely high price to replace the water pump, thermostat, and housing. With time running out, a friend recommended Trinity Tire & Auto—and I’m so glad they did!
Not only did Grayson fit me in before we left for our cruise, but their pricing was also far more reasonable. They saved the trip and didn’t take advantage of my situation. Great service, honest pricing, and fast turnaround. Highly recommend!
