“I am in tears- for a great reason. This establishment is extraordinary, clean, and organized. We have brought our 4 pets here (2 dogs, 2 cats) over the last two months for various reasons. From annual check ups and vaccine updates, to full-blown itch-while-walking syndrome from the dogs, and a spay that incurred many post-op visits for one of our cats.

I usually feel anxious within a vet and this is the first place I've found that I can really express my concerns with my pets. Everyone in this establishment is so kind, patient, and understanding and they really seem to bend over backwards for the pet parents that really need it. If I can help it, I will never go to another vet! We have two American Bullys at 85 & 75 lbs and two 7lb cats.”

“We have been seeing Dr. Shannon for over 15yrs . She is not only our vet but like family . If you want a vet that is thorough, will actually listen to your concerns and answer your questions you want to come see Dr. Shannon .The staff is always helpful and friendly as well .”

“I’ve trusted Jefferson Animal Hospital with my pets for 20 years, and I honestly can’t imagine taking them anywhere else. Over those two decades, I’ve loved and cared for 10 dogs, and every single one of them has been treated here with kindness, patience, and true compassion. Dr. Phillips and Dr. Breeding have walked with me through joyful puppy visits, routine checkups, and some of the hardest goodbyes. Their hearts are as strong as their medical expertise.

The staff is nothing short of warm, gentle, and attentive people who genuinely love animals. I’ve always felt supported, and reassured, no matter the reason for the visit.

“I meant to leave a review earlier today, but I just got home. They saw my dog Lexi on super short notice after a series of episodes over the weekend. I have had her for seven years and I was honestly in major confusion about what to do. We monitored her over a weeks time, got a solid log book of what happened and how often seizures where, and I was able to catch a video to send in. We aren’t sure 100% if it’s epilepsy of vestibule disease. However, the entire vets office has been amazing. She is now on medication and since starting, we have had ZERO episodes. Their staff is incredibly sweet. I could hear people while in the waiting room praising my dog and telling her how good she was being and she got plenty of pets and “good girls”. The girl with the different colored eyes at the reception desk was amazing when explaining how to give and when to give medication. If you are having concerns with your baby, bring them here. I am beyond grateful for this vets office. We had such a scary experience out of the blue and they all showed nothing but compassion when I was completely falling apart. I won’t be bringing my animals anywhere else in the fire. Thank you guys so much for being so kind with me. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.”
