“I meant to leave a review earlier today, but I just got home. They saw my dog Lexi on super short notice after a series of episodes over the weekend. I have had her for seven years and I was honestly in major confusion about what to do. We monitored her over a weeks time, got a solid log book of what happened and how often seizures where, and I was able to catch a video to send in. We aren’t sure 100% if it’s epilepsy of vestibule disease. However, the entire vets office has been amazing. She is now on medication and since starting, we have had ZERO episodes. Their staff is incredibly sweet. I could hear people while in the waiting room praising my dog and telling her how good she was being and she got plenty of pets and “good girls”. The girl with the different colored eyes at the reception desk was amazing when explaining how to give and when to give medication. If you are having concerns with your baby, bring them here. I am beyond grateful for this vets office. We had such a scary experience out of the blue and they all showed nothing but compassion when I was completely falling apart. I won’t be bringing my animals anywhere else in the fire. Thank you guys so much for being so kind with me. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.”

“My mom's baby pretty girl has cancer and uga told us pretty girl had six months to live it has been over 3 years now and if we had a money tree it wouldn't save her life she is the sweetest little dog and all of Galilee veterinary staff go above and beyond to take care of all her special needs they are truly worth what ever miles you have to travel to get there thank you so much”

“Every person, from the doctors, to reception, to the techs, etc., are AMAZING. I’m convinced that my 17YO Maltese is part cat because Shannon Vet Services has given her about 9 more lives than we could have ever expected. After being diagnosed with an autoimmune and platelet disorder in 2017, we weren’t sure she’d make it through the night. Because of Shannon Vet, we still have our little dog nine years later! Every person is kind, and understands that our fur babies are our children and they treat them as such. I will be forever grateful for every person there. And if you can’t tell, I HIGHLY recommend them!!!”

“I absolutely love Jefferson Animal Hospital! Dr. Phillips is incredibly knowledgeable and always has the best treatment plan for Astro. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and is always so thoughtful and thorough in his care. Alyana is also wonderful. She is always kind, helpful, and genuinely caring whenever we’re there. The entire front office staff is friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit a great experience. I’m very grateful to have such a great team taking care of Astro.”
