“This is the cutest and best boutique in Jefferson. They have a great selection of styles and brands. Free People, Spanx, etc. The people that work there are so sweet and welcoming too. Today was my first time in and my only regret is that I didn’t discover them sooner! I’ll definitely be back to support them!!”

“Libby was absolutely amazing!! She saw how upset I was after receiving “help” from another associate and offered to help me. She stretched out the calfs of the boots and answered every question I had, even gave me tips and tricks to keep my boots clean and comfortable. Had the best customer service experience with her and loved how she connected not only with me but with my baby. 10/10 recommend getting helped by Libby.”

“I purchase a lot of stuff online and have it shipped to the store. There are no shipping fees then, no matter the amount. Then you get an email saying your package is at the store and you go pick it up. Easy. The ladies at the checkout and working the floor area, are always friendly and know their stuff. Lots of reasonable priced clothes and accessories to choose from. I have literally spent many a dollar at different Cato stores over the past 20-25 years. I hope the one in Winder stays in business!!”

“I would like to give a HUGE shoutout to manager, Anthony Waters, in the Commerce GA store. Recently my granddaughter and I were in the store. My granddaughter went into the fitting rooms and left the case for her Apple earpods in the fitting room. We live an hour away and realized this when were almost back home. When I first called the Customer Service line, I had the rudest guy with whom I have ever spoken--especially for someone in Customer Service. We finally gave up on him and decided to wait and call back the next morning. That's when we got Anthony. He is hands down one of the BEST Customer Service representatives with whom I have ever spoken. He went way above and beyond...even going through the fitting rooms personally to look for it. He did indeed find it and came back to let us know. He even offered to mail it back to my granddaughter. He did this the next day...and she received it the next day. When I offered to reimburse him for the shipping, he refused and said that he was just happy to help--even put the nicest note in the package when he mailed it. He says that he has been with H&M for (I believe) 17 years. If anyone from H&M is reading this review, you need to hold on to him. He is a treasure...and really personifies what both a manager and a Customer Service representative should look like! THANK YOU, ANTHONY WATERS! We will be coming back to that store soon!!! 10 STARS!!!”
“Olivia was amazing. She helped me find several pair of jeans that fit amazingly. She also noticed that we were one graphic tee shirt short for one of the deals going on in that store, and let us know before we finished checking out, giving us one more lovely piece and a better price.
