Tonya and the other 3 Female Pharmacist are rude, and do not follow Privacy laws. Always check your meds before you leave. I reported the Pharmacist to the Government and was told they will not serve me no more. They also withheld my meds which caused me to miss my Dads funeral out of state. Lawsuit has been filed against Tonya , Staff, and Walgreens. Worse pharmacy ever. Goto CVS

Walgreens Pharmacy Walgreens in Jesup, GA is the best. They work work so hard to make sure the orders get filled in a timely fashion always with the best smiles and personalities. Never once have I had a bad experience. I have noticed that there are a lot of orders being placed lately. I know that these times are stressful. I would recommend Walgreens to anyone.

The employees were friendly. The exterior and interior was clean and Well-stocked and NEAT. The bathroom is CLEAN (smelled clean too) but the sink just needs a deep cleaning. The store had good deals. I would shop here again and use the restroom.

Steven the manager decided he couldn't do my passport photo because he was "doing managerial stuff in the back." The front register associate phoned him and he apparently was too busy to take my photo. Passport photos are apparently done "when it is convenient." There was one other person in the store.. Absolute terrible service. I see why you have 1 star on yelp.

The customer service was so terrible by the pharmacist, Tonya, that I have started the process of reporting her to the corporate office. I really hope proper measures are taken to ensure that no other customers buying medication for themselves, or their baby like I was, are treated the way the I was treated when I called to question the instructions given to me by the pharmacist that conflicted with the instructions given to me by the doctor's office. Tonya was condescending, rude, and talked over me constantly instead of listening to my every word as a concerned parent. Then, she hung up on me and lied about it when I called back to get her name so I could report her. When dealing with medication dosage for an infant, which could potentially have serious consequences if distributed incorrectly, a pharmacist should act with 100% kindness and understanding, listening to the customers every concern with patience and answer calmly and PROFESSIONALLY. She did none of this and acted like a child when I told her that the prescription was filled incorrectly (having called the doctor's office first when I noticed the discrepancy and contacting the pharmacy per their instruction). Absolutely unacceptable behavior from a woman who is supposed to be a trained professional. If changes to a dosage are made to a prescription by the pharmacy, that should be explained before the customer leaves the building. I would advise to never fill prescriptions at this location, and I may never use Walgreen's again due to this woman's behavior. Being the huge corporation they are, my official complaint will likely be ignored, but I hope not. To Tonya, please treat concerned parents questioning the dosage instructions of medication they are giving their infant nicely in the future. Literal lives could be at stake. If you have something to prove, please do it when the health of a baby is not in question and by all means, off the job. You are giving Walgreen's a bad name.

Worst place EVER!! Customer service is absolutely horrible. Cashier said, "If you buy $20 you get $5 free. " I do thus and she says for some reason it did not give you the $5. I said we'll just refund it all then. She says she did. I check my account. It's not there. She says it may take a few days. I wait 3 days and come back in. I speak with the cashier and Catherine. She says give it a few more days. I patiently wait and call back and speak to Catherine. I've now been on the phone for 30 minutes being out on hold several times. They have still not helped me or returned MY MONEY. Unintelligent people work there. You would do better to go to another pharmacy.
