Cannot/will not answer basic questions. 10 year+ verizon customer and for the first time EVER, was asked for ID to proceed. This, I believe, was just a swipe at me by the manager. 2 weeks before, they were selling me a worthless new SIM card, in her presence, no ID was requested. Very hate ful. AVOID this store!

What a complete Joke of a Cellular store! Before I continue my review I must add I have worked with Alltel and ATT in the past and was always above 100% of my personal sales goals so I have a very clear understanding of how a cellular company should operate! First I had to wait an additional 5 ish minutes while she filled out this customer contact paper from the previous customer. What a useless piece of paper to have to manually fill out! To continue my experience I have knowledge of pricing of the potential upgrade to a line and the cost associated with it. I was actually sold until she said there would be a $40 set up fee? For what? She wasn't setting anything up for me as I didn't have my sons phone and I have never been charged a "set up" fee at other Verizon's I have done business with regardless. You not giving these employees the opportunity to waive that fee as a closing tool is ridiculous. On to Hinesville I went although I didn't want to make the extra drive but lo and behold I was able to get exactly what I needed and no additional "fees". Lesson learned and yet this is another reason why people won't do business local!
