Very poor experience. After being at an appt with then for an hour and being told that it was the ladies first business taxes we tried to be understanding, we then were asked to leave the taxes with the company and they would call for any questions or concerns. After a week we heard nothing so i called and was told she was working on it still. I assumed it was good to go. But another week went by and i received a vague voicemail stating i needed to pick up my taxes and go somewhere other than H&R block. When i picked my taxes up they just told me it was more than they can do. Would not recommend this company to do your taxes. Especially if you are a business owner.

Because of the assistance and care I get from the H&R Block team. Mrs. Morgan was the tax expert that handled our tax needs. I have peace of mind. I have used H&R Block for several years and I plan to stay with them.

Place is a joke. You’re income taxes are stolen here at this corporation. Learn how to do your taxes with turbo tax or go to Globe to save hundreds of dollars. Receptionist is absolutely atrocious; she hates her life—no question about it. You won’t get a single smile or polite word out of her. Customer service goes a long way and she’s in the wrong line of work. Everyone should know what they’re walking into—not be expected to read every sign they have on the walls, hidden around corners, etc. they won’t tell you the fees in place just for bringing in papers. The tax preparer that we sat with put our things in a folder (we didn’t have everything yet and were waiting to get information on our side business before we continued and we didn’t have my spouses W2s yet.) and she started putting our information in without even telling us, and when we decided to go with a cheaper alternative, to get our things back, had to pay almost $30 for the consultation fee. Hardly consulted her on anything. Just don’t go here. Save yourself money and the trouble of dealing with unprofessional employees.
