I just wanna personally thank Mrs. Alley and Mrs. Jeanette (if I didn’t spell the names right please excuse me ) but for the best help I could ever get. Had it not if been for them I wouldn’t have gotten anything on my tax return. So I just wanna personally say keep them around as long as possible!!

I wanted to have my taxes done by a professional since this is my first year doing ride share (lyft). The HJ rep sat behind a desk streaming a baseball game, and then ignored me. I finally sat down and wanted to discuss costs before continuing and ended up leaving based on her attitude. Not impressed. Ended up doing then myself and got a 2.8k return.

The service was amazing, the ladies are all very polite and helpful. I've been doing business with Jackson Hewitt for 5 years now and love it. Mrs.Yasmine Parker was absolutely amazing, very assertive, very professional, helpful and she took care of me in a timely manner. This is my second year with Mrs.Yasmine and I look forward to her taking care of me for years to come. Highly recommended!
