my nails are fat and it looks like a kid drawing on my nails this is my first time coming and i won’t be back the man had really bad costumer service and caught an attitude because i wouldn’t let him pick out my colors he told me my favorite choice was ugly!.

I’ve been having my eyebrows waxed here for a couple of years. Each visit has gotten significantly worse. Most recently I came in to a full salon I was asked “what do you want?” I replied with “I’m just getting my eyebrows waxed”. Not another word was said to me and I wasn’t even acknowledged. I sat down and after 30 minutes of waiting I left. I didn’t mind waiting as I could see they were busy however I was rudely greeted and I wasn’t acknowledged in the 30 minutes I sat there.

I went in expecting a wait because it was a Friday. I was not greeted and once I finally got someone’s attention the demeanor was not friendly. I literally only wanted to know the wait time for a pedicure.

They were very professional and nice. The man who did my manicure was very detailed and did an amazing job! My pedicure was nothing but Amazing! Massage chair 10⭐️ They nail tech did a great job on my foot massage, and toe polish also very detail. Again a nice and professional place. Highly Recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I travel here instead of my hometown because of the service alone.
They really take care of you for a decent price!
Cleanliness: Very clean when it comes to being sanitary.

My mom took my sister to get her pedicure done and they didn’t ask what she wanted nor did they even say “hey, how are you?” when they are supposed too. after an hour, they finally took her in and left on the chair waiting for another HOUR. they stink and suck. she was waiting 2 hours knowing that they were busy and didn’t tell her to come another day or come back in 20-30 mins. not only when my mom came to get her and telling them to not keep her waiting after knowing they were busy, they laughed in her face and told her she was going to get her after 2 hrs.

My mom and I visited jc nails for pedicures arriving at 530 pm and were told by staff upon entering that they were closed. However they had customers receiving service and the hours posted on their website along with the hours on their door clearly stated that closing time was 7pm. We were not offered any explanation for closing early and in fact were treated with rudeness! This is very poor business!!

Today I called to make an appt for 12:45. Once I arrived I had to wait for a nail technician to become available. Cool no problem. I requested to have my nails soaked off. But then the nail technician starts to cut my real nail under the gel polish. I said excuse me but you are cutting my nail. He said no I'm only cutting the acrylic. I showed him my chipped nail and he still claimed he didn't cut my nail. So he continued to file the gel and acrylic off my nail. He then gets the hot water for me to soak. I stayed soaking for an hour. Now mind you when he wasn't doing my nails nor checking on my he was doing someone else's nails. He commence to walk over to the pedicure bowl to do this lady pedicure. But not once did he come and check on my soak or file down my nails so they can continue to soak. He just left me sitting there while he takes a whole other appt. Now mind you this man didn't say hello when he started not nothing other than what are you getting. And ofcourse with his other client he was overly joyed to talk to her. Before I walked out, the other nail technicians was trying to tell him to check on me but he just struggled his shoulders and continued to work with his other client. So I paid my $10 dollars for nail removal and left. I have never been treated so badly. I believe it was racial. I know what I experienced and you don't do paying customers like that. I will never go again and believe me I will be telling the other military spouses to stay away from this place.

Nice place with friendly technicians. They have spa pedi with paraffin wax and hot stones. It's kinda expensive but so worth it.
