They were really helpful, pumped up my tire when the air was low twice, gave me free drinks, and fixed my back tire when I got a flat from a huge screw. It was ready 30 minutes later and able to ride again. I had bought my first electric bike online and got a flat right away. It took about a month to get it fixed and able to ride again along with much aggravation and miscommunication. I highly recommend Wireless One to everyone. You can't beat the prices and customer service. They are very nice, helpful, and professional. Definitely check them out!!”

Also dealing with call in and walk ins.. that was not pleasant toward them. People need to remember that they are not the cause of your malfunctioning phones.. or your bill.. kudos ladies!”
