Stopped get bite to eat until I came outta bathroom very nasty changed my mind figered this location in Jesup ga can’t clean bathrooms I wonder how clean kitchen would be so I can’t recommend this location on that note

Stopped in to pick up some lunch this afternoon. After church, about 12:30 PM young man behind the food, I asked the question, when was the chicken put out? He replied when my shift started, never looked up, never said hello.
Worst customer service. I've had in a long time. Stay train on customer service.

So I called the store at 4pm today and asked if they could cook me 3 fresh orders of chicken livers, the young man running the store told me that he could do that, so we drove across town to place the order. When I arrived their there was a bit of of a fuss between the gentleman and woman working as to whether the cook was informed she would have to make a fresh batch of livers. I explained I needed them fresh because livers sit they get hard and my 85 year old Poppy can't eat them and she sure does love good chicken livers. The young man went back into the kitchen and came back out and told me while I was fixing Poppy's drink that it would be 20 minutes. I told him that would be fine, no problem I just wanted freshly cooked livers. So I proceeded to pay the $21 for the 3 orders of livers and an xlarge drink and waited. Five minutes later they say here's your order, As I take them to the truck I notice the boxes are not even hot, muchless warm. So I open the top box and feel the chicken livers, and as suspected they were barely even warm. I went back into the store and told the young man that these were not freshly cooked. He said that when I called as asked about the livers they had just pulled the livers out. I told him I asked him on the phone if it would be a problem to fix a fresh batch for us and he told me there would be not problem. He said I had to take them that he could not refund my money, I walked out the door and told him that THE PARKERS USE TO BE ALL ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Well Mr. Parker you need to have a long talk with your employees that worked the store today because they have NO idea about good quality customer service!!

(11/30/2024 3:20PM) There was no running water in the women’s bathroom which led to me having hands full of soap and unable to rinse off. There should be a sign letting us know that there is no water to wash hands with! Ew.

I will never come to this Parkers or any park ever again this place smells like piss outside. They ran a debit for $125. They only gave me three dollars worth of gas then I went back inside and paid because somethings wrong with my card because they maxed it outand premium gas automatically show you guys here like I’m done like forever guys. so good job Mr. Parker you lost another customer for life and your fish is horrible. It taste like leftover fish grease no stars I would goodbye.

Here we are sitting in line for over an hour. Get up to the pump and they cut all the pumps off! They’re controlling gasoline! We need gas for the generators!! I will never shop at another Parkers again!!

I eat breakfast every morning throughout the weekdays. I'm giving 5 stars for the mon- Fri breakfast. However, I came through on a sat 07/20/24 and I regret having to express my total dissatisfaction. Grits were soupy and tasteless. And these were cheese grits. NO salt. And I am not a heavy salter but I could not eat the bowl of grits at all. Worst grits I have ever tasted and I've eaten bag/instant grits camping that were not that tasteless. It's yalls call, but I would recommend the weekday cook train the weekend cook how to cook grits. Bless the southerner that can't cook grits.... Weekday cooks are AWESOME!!!!

I am very disappointed in how this store runs and how their customers and most definitely their employees are treated. I came into the store today and a very nice young lady that was working. There was helping me out and being very kind and very helpful. But she seemed so upset that I didn't know what was going on.She wouldn't tell me but I could tell that she was not getting treated right.And the manager is over here yelling at a customer and being rude to them while one of their employees is on the verge of a break I could tell this Poor girl was trying to hold it in I felt awful.Don't wanna ever shop here Ever again and they got rude with me when I called up there to complain and they gave me a fake Number and fake names I'm very appalled of how the situation Are dealt very childlike

Always clean small truck parking but free and never had a problem finding a spot to park at for free when I am done loading late at night across the street nice and quiet friendly staff and very clean parking lot is well feel very safe in the truck lot here
