By far the worst when it comes to delivering packages. Everywhere I have lived a package gets lost, that happens. Since living in Jesup I have about a 50% success rate of getting packages delivered. The one that was shown as delivered today was shown to arrived 5 minutes before I got to the house. Nowhere to be found. If I can avoid it in the future I won’t use Jesup usps.

My package was “delivered” on the night of Dec 3 to my front door. USPS always places my packages in some random location on the property (in the shed, by garage door, back patio, front door, at a neighbors house), and as much as I enjoy the Easter egg hunt [sarcasm], the package was no where to be found. Wednesday I went to the post office to inquire about its location. The manager printed out the delivery information, took down my information, and said he would get with the carrier. I informed the eBay seller that the package never arrived and they were able to tell me what address it went to. I contacted that neighbor, but they said they never saw a package. When I called USPS they would not give me any information, or confirm the address the seller gave me; understandable, but how did the seller get that information? Anyways, the update was always the same, “waiting to hear from the carrier.” I kept having to call USPS because they were not reaching out to me. Finally on Saturday night I received a call from a lady at USPS. She asked if my issue had been resolved, because I filed a complaint on the USPS website and she noticed there were no notes/updates annotated. I told her the situation and she said she would get with the carrier that night and call me back. She was nice, but do you think I got a call back? Nope. I waited until this morning to call again for an update. The manager (I assume because he’s the only male I’ve seen working there) said they reached out twice to the person who it was delivered to, but were not able to recover the package, so I would have to contact the seller and order another one. His nonchalant attitude made my blood boil. When was I going to be called and told that every effort was exhausted [extreme sarcasm] to retrieve my package and you were unsuccessful? Also, thanks for assuming it was something from Amazon, but unfortunately (for me) the items in the package are irreplaceable and very sentimental. The fact that majority of the staff couldn’t even pretend to care says a lot about this branch. 0 out of 5 stars. Would not recommend.

No problems with them. Every package got delivered, except one that was too large that I had to pick up at the post office. So far, so good.

Sure is crazy how my packages get lost in the mail. Wife ordered me a juicer for my birthday. Package sat in JESUP for 2 days before it was suddenly lost in the mail. Time before was a package that said delivered and never showed up. I know all my neighbors very well and they hadn’t received it. Honestly disappointed in this mail service. Maybe someone should look into the packages disappearing so suddenly

My mail is being delivered to the wrong address time after time the mail carrier picks it up from the wrong address then brings it to the correct address. Why deliver it to the wrong to start with.

Spoke to someone today about why my mail and packages were not delivered on Saturday after a mail hold. Agent was rude and nonchalant about answering my questions. All my other neighbors received their mail on Saturday but not me. I'm not sure what the problem was concerning delivery (my mail was held for a week and was supposed to be delivered on Saturday), but there is no reason for the rudeness and attitude over the phone when concerned customers have genuine inquiries about THEIR mail. When I asked if my packages/mail would be delivered today, he acted like he really didn't care and said that maybe it would be delivered today....maybe? Do better post office. People depend on you and your services!

Ordered car seats on Amazon, USPS marked that they attempted the delivery but could not deliver because mail box was full?? Why would you be trying to put car seats in the mail box. Then marked today at 3:30 am. that delivery was attempted unsuccessfully. Ridiculous.

The current mail deliver person for my area decided to address the height of my mailbox after it has been that same height FOR 3 YEARS. Instead of waiting all that time to address an issue, tell me from the start. The usual mail carrier we had was in a sport/suv type vehicle and apparently had no problems and now a new driver going to be picky about a couple inches.

I was suppose to receive two packages Friday. Someone opened the box one package was end and the other never showed up. The second package is still showing at the receiving facility.

May 31,22. USPS email- package in mailbox . Never Happened!
