They have great prices but a limited selection of each product. They might not have your brand but what they have is probably close to it. If you're not picky or looking for something new, try Aldi!

The manager named Matt was the most unhelpful manager I’ve ever came across. I ordered an Insta cart pick up order and wasn’t able to make it after work. So I came in early this morning to pick it up after it said the order was completed at four in the morning when obviously the store was closed. Apparently someone named Tabatha completed the order but I still had to re-pay for my groceries and got told I have to take it up with Instacart. Horrible experience and Matt is horrible at his job.

Rude staff

Like other reviewers here and likely many others, I'm quite tired of the extremely rude behavior of the employees at this store. I had someone be pleasant with actual customer service once when I went there, but otherwise everybody is rude and unfriendly and they glare at you during checkout if they look at you at all, and throw your stuff carelessly into the cart, never thanking you or even acknowledging your presence. Taking my business elsewhere following today's unpleasant cashier experience.

I accompanied my senior father to Aldi this morning and we were extremely displeased with the treatment from the manager, Tabitha. No employees were on the floor to ask where to find an item. Tabitha carelessly had the doors wide open to the back of the store, my father saw Tabitha and called out to her for assistance. She viciously berated my father, who has never been to any Aldi, that he needed to leave immediately--all while never answering his question. These doors should have been closed. What if it had been a child that wandered back there? If it was so dangerous and prohibited, the doors should have been shut. End of story. Tabitha is a sorry excuse for a manager. Isn't someone in this position supposed to be diffusing situations, not ruining a customer's experience? She shut the door in his face while he was still speaking to her--extremely rude and unprofessional. My senior father had never been to this store and will never return after this treatment. We will also be posting about this experience on other platforms. We would like to know what will be done to ensure this won't happen again.

I usually don’t leave reviews but the guy on checkout (young, with blonde slightly curly hair) was extremely rude not only to me but to the elderly gentleman in front of me. He took the cart from the gentleman when he was clearly unsteady on his feet. Then completely ignored him when he said something about needing a cart. Once it was my turn he didn’t speak a word to me, he actually stared blankly in my face. He then haphazardly tossed my items into the cart despite my having a box in the cart to keep my things together. Then he began ringing the next in line before handing me my receipt leaving me standing there awkwardly. No customer service skills! Thankfully there is a Lidl nearby with excellent customer service reps so I don’t have to return to this ALDIs.

Waaaaaaaaay better produce than the more popular grocer chains. You can find other useful items for your household like plants, cookware, some clothing, mats, shelving, etc. Their brands are different from other grocers and don't have all of the excessive preservatives. Prices are better, too. Bring a quarter for the shopping cart or an insulated bag as they do not have plastic bags for checking out. They have a bag you can purchase to keep produce fresh. Vegetarian/vegan friendly

My first and last time in any Aldi store. Staff desperately need training on how they deal with customers. The check out guy wouldn’t sell me a bottle of Olives because there was no price on it. At first I thought he was joking. Then I asked to speak to the supervisor or manger and he wouldn’t call him. I went to Publix instead, it’s a store that resolves issues and a store I feel safe in.
