They will let you pay for things and not give them to you. They pretend to put your small items in a bag, but you don’t notice until you get home that they didn’t give you everything. Outright theft.

This is the worst BP I find myself needing to go to, and I hate all BPs on general principle. It is right next to my house and has diesel so I am often tricked into thinking "this time will be different" or "I only need a few gallons". Nope! Still a horrible experience every time I visit. From the defective "pay outside" to the excruciatingly slow and inept clerks I am forced to transact with, everything about this gas station sucks. The market inside is low tier, the gas prices are always RIDICULOUSLY high (diesel is at least), and the pumps (when outside pay is working) are infuriatingly slow.

*update - was running on fumes and had begrudgingly had to pay a visit to my most hated BP. Yep, the more things change the more they stay the same. It was good to see at least that after about one calendar year they finally fixed the 24" square hole down to a sewer with a grate instead of just putting a cone in front of it. That was the highlight. First pump wouldn't accept my card. Second pump didn't accept cards. Inside, the unfriendly clerk pointed me to the machine to run my card. This didn't work, so we used the "second" card machine. That didn't work. Finally got the card to process on the first machine. Went back to defunct pump. Wouldn't pump gas. Had do do an entirely new transaction back inside and move to a new pump across the bays. Moved there, that pump didn't work. So I ended up wasting 30 minutes and leaving with no gas. The only bright side is that I'm now typing this at a Chevron with a functional pump with pay outside and that the gas is 85% cheaper.
Everytime I leave this God-forsaken BP my blood is boiling. The only reason it remains in business is due to its superb location. I long for the day when it is torn down and a QT or Racetrac goes in its place.
2024 Update:
I can’t believe it!!! Changing my rating from 1 star to 3. They’ve upgraded the pumps!!!!! They accept tap to pay outside and are actually a normal gas pump speed! They also have nice clerks, it’s usually the one of the same two people.
Still keeping 2 stars off since they only have like 4 pumps installed out of the 4 islands (8 pumps total) but that’s not a huge deal. Also sometimes the clientele here is a bit dodgy. This may explain the 3 week period a few months back when the doors had to be kept wide open with fans blowing due to an odor which was reminiscent of a vagrants excrement which has been fermenting for two years. Seriously the doors were propped open for like 3 weeks straight it was horrible.
As mentioned before this is THE most convenient gas station to all of my routes so I will continue to frequent this BP almost daily, but thank the lord they’ve updated the pumps.

I got gas on July 3, 2024 in the afternoon and when I went inside to pay, the young man working there was rude and insulting. How does he still have a job when he treats customers this way? I will never patronize this place again. I would give him zero stars if I could.

Stopped here for gas on my way to work. Swiped my card and the pump asked if I wanted a receipt and I said no, then when I lifted the handle to put in my car it kept saying one moment, processing. I went inside to see what was wrong and the lady was rude and said I put the handle in first before swiping. I told her I did not, that I swiped, it asked me for a receipt and I said no and then nothing. She said I wasn't charged so I went back out to pump gas. Not 5 min later I get a decline charges on my bank account for $125 because the wrong pin was used. I immediately changed my pin, but I will never go back to this BP, they are shady and should be charged with ID theft or something along that line.

Was just informed my wife's card info was stolen by a very rude person in the store... stay far far away their are many much better stations aroundEdit: don't worry my wife has already reached out to uppers concerning this matter... ill keep the number handy though in case yall try and sweep it under the rug

This is not the cleanest place... it is not the best service... they have gas on par with price wise with other gas stations.Not my top choice of places to get gas but it works when it is needed.
