Kim came out to my place promptly, took detailed measurements, and spent hours with me going through carpet samples until we found the perfect style and color that I loved—all while staying *under* my budget. I truly appreciated the time and care he took to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted without overspending.
He also helped guide me through the HOA approval process, even contacting my HOA directly to make sure there were no surprises or delays. That kind of proactive communication gave me so much peace of mind.
On installation day, the team was prompt, professional, and respectful of my space. They did an amazing job installing the carpet and made sure everything was spotless before they left—no mess, no hassle, just great work. They even took apart my built-ins to install the carpet and put it back exactly how it was.

“I recommend P&Q without question - we had an excellent experience and our floors look spectacular!
Rodney was very communicative and responsive, his teams (Wagner and Marcus) did a very detailed and clean job.
We had about 1600sqft of mixed floor types replaced with oak, and there was barely any dust. Also we were indecisive about the stain color and they were very patient with us.
Great work all around!”
