“We had a wonderful flooring experience with Rodney and Junior. Our floors had been destroyed in places by our beloved wheaten terrier. Rodney and Junior came in and our floors are beautiful today. We had engineered flooring and needed a good 2 sections of replacement. Flawless transition from old to new. Rodney gave us a very fair price and adjusted the bill accordingly after the job was completed. Junior and his crew were masters at their craft. The floors are smooth, evenly stained and final coat no bubbles or debris left. Our furniture was moved without any damage. Dust was kept at a minimum and the job was completed as promised on time. My only note would be that the toe moulding was acceptably done for me. Some of the 45 degree angles and piecing was interesting to me. For you, it may be great. We would highly recommend.”

After the initial installation, a flaw was observed which was not acceptable to our sales representative and the flooring was stripped and the whole poly-seal process was repeated and the flooring turned out beautifully!From the start, Edwin (our sales rep) measured and quoted the project with absolutely no hidden charges. After that first flawed attempt, he insisted that it be done right, reasoning that if we could see the flaw then that wasn’t acceptable. His approach was that he treated each job as if it were work being done in his own home and that things be done right.Although the job took a few days longer than normal because they had to restrip and seal the flooring, it was done right, which is more important to me than speed.I would highly recommend Prestigious for anyone wanting the job done right without hidden charges.
