What I dreaded turned out to be a pleasant and memorable experience. I have rented storage space before from Extra Space Storage, UHaul Storage and others but I don’t remember anyone ever saying “thank you for your business “ or let me help you find the unit that best fits your needs and budget “ or even act like they cared enough for me to come back.
Recently I found myself again in need of storage space and 11220 Medlock Bridge Road Public Storage was near my home, so I stopped by to check it out. I was greeted by John who was professional, friendly, and easy to talk with.
John was extremely helpful explaining how everything worked as he showed me around the very clean and orderly facility.
John helped me find the perfect unit for my stuff and even provided me with a pair of work gloves for my wounded hand! As a new customer I could not have been treated better!
I will happily recommend John and Public Storage to my friends and family!

John is a great manager. He is always professional and very helpful and he has a good personality. The facility is always clean with carts available as needed. It makes such a difference having someone like John at a location.

Got a space at the 10860 State Bridge Rd facility with the help of John, manager at nearby facility at 11220 Medlock Bridge Rd, as there is only a kiosk at State Bridge Rd. A nicer man you will not find! Like someone wrote below, John is a legend!

Needless to say this is by far the cleanest most professional storage facility I’ve ever seen. John the manager took care of me and even helped me judge the size of my unit for the best price. John has gone above and beyond for me and my family and we are forever grateful. 5 stars

Trying to change to a larger storage unit, I could not find a seamless solution online. Luckily, I met John at this site. John helped me through the process and paperwork smoothly. He also told me many tips of using the storage facility. He had been with the company for many years and worked on quite a few sites around. No doubt this is my go-to-guy for my public storage. I never imagined leaving a storage review, but here it is. I’ve been a customer here for over a year, and I always work with John. In fact, if I don’t see his car there, I’ll wait til he’s there to stop in. John has always been super helpful, he’s kind, and he’s quite entertaining.
