There is a clear reason why this place has 2.1 star. Upon trying to return a box via fedex. It didn't give me a qr code. Instead I had to email to email address that was given to me by staff. He said it would take 5 to 10 mins to receive an email. He didn't bother checking an email and there were no one there meaning he wasn't busy. 5 mins passed I just stood there and decided to leave since he didn't care. What kind of email system takes 5 to 10 mins long to get it? Obviously staff wasn't helpful or care about working. If he is trained to do this, I rather not order anything online that requires me to use fedex to return an item. Hope this place goes down the drain. Either you help or get eliminated.

Walked in 20 minutes before closing. Man frustratingly got up off his stool. I said I just needed something printed on card stock that I already have designed. He said no. I said huh? He said we’re closing. Come back Monday. Sat back down on his stool. One star. Won’t return.

Zero customer service! No greeting, the lazy worker doesn’t even look at me. After three “excuse me” he turns his head and tells me to scan over there and leave it there. I asked for help because the barcode doesn’t scan, he tells me his helping someone and I have to wait a long time. There was just me and one other customer there. I could clearly see his computer screen, he was searching which movie to watch! I drove 10mins down the road to a different FedEx, was greeted and helped. Literally took me less than a min for the shipping process.

The staff at this FedEx location were lazy and made me feel unwelcome. Poor customer service and no effort to assist. Won’t be returning.

Drove quite a distance to find they aren’t actually open on Saturdays even though it is posted on the door that they are. Had 2 other people pull up wanting to drop off packages at the writing of this post. 12:40pm. Disappointed.

The sign says they’re open 10am - 6pm on Saturdays. However, on 2/15/25 at12:12pm, they are closed! Lights off, doors locked.

I frequent mailing places frequently, this Location has the WORST Staff. To drop off, they seem annoyed. Asking for them to scan for a receipt is an ever bigger attitude. Terrible service, AVOID THIS LOCATION

Everyone, avoid going here. Maybe use UPS instead. When I stop by to drop off a package, the person was rude just when I walked in. Then I told him that I am dropping a package, he looks displeased because he had to help me get my package shipped. He start rudely talking in circles about my package but all I want to ship my package. I just told him forget it and head to UPS which I should of done the first place. FEDEX you suck! You suck allowing these people representing you guys. I should of look at the reviews first and see why.

I had an excellent experience with front desk staff, Mosharaf. He was very patient with me and all of the questions/adjustments I needed to make to my order. Definitely recommend!
