Store itself was fine, I grabbed 2 items from. The Halloween section that was now 50%. I went to check out and told the cashier this was from the Halloween discount section and she just replied "I don't know" with no care. She didn't care at all about us customers, dropped my bag , just rude, and then when I got home I saw she charged me full price for the Halloween discount items. I will look for a different location if I come back in the future.

Loved that O could order online and pick up later. I never got an email saying my order was ready for pickup after 6 hours, so I went there and they were slammed with inventory, but she stopped what she was doing to take care of me right away and I walked out happy.

I don’t know why several Five Below locations lack customer service. I walked into the location earlier and 2 out of 3 employees had earphones on and listening to me. None of the three employees spoke nor looked up from whatever they were doing to greet me or simply see anything. This is a shame, I like the Five Below Stores and hate the employees who had bad attitudes where they don’t like their job enough to speak.

Excellent value for very nice collection of very decent quality products. My daughter really loves this place. I also love the $1 geeeting cards with very good quality. Really recommend this place.

Could not find items I was looking for asked for help and got a finger point to the area he said it should be in. Seemed short of staff.

I always enjoy the alternating selection of things here. The prices are great and I can say with confidence I always find the most entertaining plushies/squishmallows when I go. Definitely a great spot for knick knacks, things to entertain kids and just random fun stuff in general. The stores are well kept and organized in my experience. I'd definitely recommend stopping in at any of their locations if you haven't been!
