We chose Gregory's when looking for tile because we had been so happy with them when choosing paint. We actually chose to order from them despite the slightly more expensive price tag for what we perceived to be a greater level of customer service. We went to the Cumming location because of it's proximity to us. We ordered the tile - first, nobody called to tell us it was in. Everyone pointed fingers at the other person. Secondly, they had neglected to tell us AT ANY POINT that this had to be picked up from their Johns Creek location. As we had to make 2 trips due to the amount of tile, we would have ordered from another store for this reason. (In traffic, the difference between the two locations added about 2 additional hours roundtip x 2 visits) In any other project, we have easily been able to return unopened or defective product. Not only would Gregory's not take back tile that was warped and discolored, they refused to take back 4 boxes of unopened tile. The invoice indicated that tinted paint is non-returnable but makes no mention of tile being refused.

We hired Geregory's Paint and Flooring to refinish our hardwood floors as well as to remove and replace all of the carpeting throughout the house. Both crews were very courteous and professional. They both did an excellent job and were very mindful of not damaging surrounding surfaces while completing the work.Kate in the office, whom we coordinated all the work with, always made herself available to answer any questions that we had prior to and during the process. I highly recommend Gregory's Paint & Flooring for all your flooring needs.

Wonderful store! I have had many occasions to ask for their advice on everything from painting furniture to removing paste from wallpaper to selecting carpet. Everyone goes out of their way to be helpful. Just had them do a runner on my stairs and an area sisal rug. The workmanship and customer service could not have been better! Kate Thrower, the flooring manager, gave great advice and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!

The wide range of options and price points available was excellent. As a bonus, Gregory’s has worked with the same carpet installers for 20+ years and the quality of their work is impressive!

I wanted to repair but my room with Benjamin Moore paint. I couldn’t find no big box store who had it near me. I ended up finding this store. Good customer service and free advice. My office now look like it was professionally decorated.

Would highly recommend Gregory's for carpet. We worked with Kate, who was amazing! She came out in a day to measure and gave us a quote LOWER than Costco for the same carpet! They have a wonderful selection of carpet and Kate provided the pros and cons of each. The installation was flawless, and the installers were so efficient and clean. We will definitely use them again - next is hardwood redo.

Really disappointed with the expertise of the store (Lisa was our contact). We ordered wallpaper here for four different walls, and were sold the number of rolls we would need for our walls. My wife and I didn’t question it because we took them to be experts. We were wrong. When our wallpaper contractor came, he told us three of our four walls did not have enough rolls to cover them. Apparently, no one from Gregory’s bothered to do the math of how many rolls would be required to cover our walls. As such, now we have to reschedule our contractor to come back at another time and order more rolls. It seems to me if you sell wallpaper you should take the time to make certain someone is buying enough wallpaper based on the wall dimensions. Square footage is not the proper measurement, you need to know roll width and length and how that matches to wall width and length. I’m giving two stars only because the in-store customer service was very good.

The most wonderful experience! Kate, the flooring manager, was amazing to work with! She was very attentive and easy to communicate with! We had a stair runner installed and we are so happy with how it turned out! Chris and his team were great and their attention to detail made for the most beautiful finish! I will be recommending Gregory’s Flooring to everyone! Thank you!!
