Love the Gymboree classes! Just registered for my son and his spatial awareness has been so much better. The teachers are amazing especially Etta - she's so helpful and sweet!

My daughter (29 months) has enjoyed coming to Gymboree for the past few months. We have done the play classes and art classes and both have been great! Avante and Kristine are really great at engaging the kids and making sure everyone is having fun. The app is really nice for scheduling. Right now we have been enjoying the flexibility of the class passes but plan to enroll in monthly membership in a few months. It is nice they offer both options and don’t push the membership.

I love bringing my daughter here and she really enjoys her teacher Miss Avante! She is so thorough in her lesson plans and makes she is nurturing the right developmental milestones. All of the staff are so friendly and make it so clear how much they love children. Would recommend to any family looking for a safe and friendly place to watch their children play and grow.

It’s hard to begin on how much this place means to us and our family. We came to Gymboree with a 2 month old, curious to see what new parents are to be doing. We have only experienced SO MUCH information for our daughter’s development. The Babies class is amazing, due to our stellar teacher, Miss Avonte. Y’all, she loves our babies like we love our babies. Not only that, but she loves US as PARENTS and HUMANS. She always asks how much “MOM/DAD/PARENT” time we had each week, because it is just so easy to get lost in baby world. We’ve been here for 4 months and i just can't imagine trusting anyone else for our Munchkin’s developmental education.

Work on customer service. My wife signed up for a free class to see the gym and sign up for classes through December. Yvonte said there was a "glitch in the system" which really wasn't a glitch at all. My wife planned my sons nap time around the confirmed time, got him ready, got herself ready, packed a diaper bag and drove 25ish minutes to the class. She waited well past the time it was supposed to start and no one ever showed up. That's all well and fine, not a great scenario for sure, but this is where good customer service could have saved the day. A sincere apology or even truly empathizing with how frustrating this must have been. Anything other than the uppity voicemail she left my wife, void of an apology, and the brisk way she addressed me when I called. She was quick to state her title as assistant director and when I asked if I could speak to the director she told me I would have to call back another time. No worries, we won't waste our time, we will book classes for the year with Little Gym, and recommend everyone we know to do the same. I realize I am just one customer, but if you continue to speak to people with the lack of empathy that you did today I can't imagine this will be the first or last time you lose a membership.

Came for the first time for a preview class with my 2.5 yr old and we both loved it. I payed for a second class and then decided I wanted the membership. The teachers are wonderful. I specially love that the pre school steps class they have it where there are group activities and also free play after every group activity. If your kid doesn't want to participate the teacher does not force the kids to participate, you are just free to do as you like. My toddler loves the group activities as well as the free play. I am extremely happy with my decision to join Gymboree. Oh yes and the parents there are soo nice too. I def recommend this location.

I was able to enjoy interacting with my son doing various fine and gross motor skill activities. He had a chance to socialize with other kids his age which is a plus. Also, my son loved it and that's all that matters.

We love Gymboree! My daughter stays at home all day with our nanny and Gymboree has definitely helped with her socialization skills! This is her favorite place to go. Every time we get in the car to go ANYWHERE she always says “go to Gymboree”. The instructors are high energy and keep the littles engaged and having fun.

We took our son to the free class. He loved it. They played children's music and had a fun time. We signed up. On our first paid visit, the teacher was playing pop music. At issue was a song with lyrics that I felt were innapropriate for young children. We asked if they would change the music or refund our money. We were told that the parents liked the popular music and that toddlers couldn't understand the lyrics anyway. I disagree, but very well, I will take my refund and go away.

We were told that the parents liked the popular music and that toddlers couldn't understand the lyrics anyway. I disagree, but very well, I will take my refund and go away. They offered to not charge me for the second month, but refused to give back my money for the first month even though we only attended one class. If you care about the music that your toddlers listen to, please ask ahead of time before you commit to the payment. They do screen the popular music for bad lyrics, but they did not inform me during the free class that popular music was going to be played. The free class had children's music. I am sure my standards are going to be viewed as too strict, but I didn't like the lyrics to "I'm just a girl". I don't think it's healthy to tell little girls who are still forming their precious personalities that they are just girls, and that is all we will let them be. Even worse, I don't want my son growing up with that view of women. If you care about the music your child listens too, be sure to ask about the songs they will play before giving them your money.
