We always get treated with nothing but patience and respect,, which is especially appreciated because when we do buy jewelry, we're still buying at the lower-end of their inventory yet, we still get treated like VIPs. I also like their repair services, which, is also nice because you don't generally throw away jewelry because of some damage. However, getting reasonable prices and quick turnaround factor into whether its worth repairing the damaged item, and once again, this is where they provide outstanding value.”

When she couldn’t find what we were looking for she suggested that they could make and match the earring. That’s when the above and beyond in customer service started….. Jodi continued to keep me updated as she worked hard to find someone to make the mold for the matching earring. I would have completely understood if she’d said it couldn’t be done. Today my two matching beautiful earrings were delivered. I so appreciate all the work Jodi and Harold did to make this happen!!!
