Kind but wholly incapable and overly expensive. So many mistakes were made that I finally abandoned the process to seek assistance from a more competent pharmacy. Disappointed, because I prefer to support local businesses, but medication is too important to mess around.

Lily's is a great asset to the community. Fast friendly service, very knowledgeable about prescriptions. Also the new coffee bar and the women who works at the coffee counter is very nice and personable. Great idea while you wait for a prescription to be filled!!!

Love this pharmacy. Personal service and cute shop. Their hot, fresh, bourbon barrel coffee is good. Come here to: fill prescriptions, get good coffee, buy cute things like local soaps and honey, mugs, Melissa and Doug toys, adorable little notebooks, and coffee paraphernalia. Take a seat in their new little cafe area and enjoy a friendly small-town vibe in the sprawling suburbs.

Lily’s pharmacy is the perfect local pharmacy. They are friendly, welcoming and have so many added benefits to their store. The store front has great coffee and lots of unique and fun gifts.

Ok first off I called to to see if they had a medication in stock for a drug to help with withdrawal for a recovering addict who has a job home and started school but she was so judgemental. Pick a different career if you have a problem with certain medications hun...fyi over half those ppl in there getting pain pills are the ones( and the Dr ) responsible for getting ppl addicted to the dang things. You hate seeing what drugs do your community then get off your high horse because my friend dad's is a lawyer he didn't think it would close to home either karma has a nickname for a reason. Y'all find a different place.

This is perhaps not a secret. I’m sure this is a popular place in this neighborhood. One can feel a positive vibe as soon as you walk through the door. Every staff is very warm and welcoming, not like you are at a place of transaction. Thank you Lily’s Pharmacy for making me feel home every time

I love this place. I love the people. It’s one of the few places you know you can go and experience great employees and great service. Like a Trader Joe’s or Container Store. You actually feel like you’re headed to a neighborhood store, but with the modern conveniences. Plus, they actually answer the phone when you call, unlike the big box pharmacies. And they usually have Rx’s in stock, and will fill it within a few minutes. Not to mention, inside, they sell local goodies like honey and coffee. I can honestly say, this is the first time in my life I can look forward to going to a pharmacy. Who would’ve thunk.

Amazing people and pharmacy they are so friendly and make the entire pharmacy experience very pleasant. The store is adorable with lots of fun gift ideas. The pharmacy staff and pharmacist are very kind and make you feel cared for - definitely feels like a personable experience when you visit them.

I’m used to ‘big box’ pharmacies like CVS where I’m trying to get in and out as fast as possible, so when CVS didn’t have the Rx I needed in stock, I was hesitant to use a Small Business.What a blessing I did. Lilly’s is a beautiful little family pharmacy. The vibe inside is positive, light, upbeat, and everything the frustration of a CVS is not. The staff was caring and attentive, and the store was welcoming and clean. I will be transferring all of my prescriptions here moving forward. Thank you team!
