Scott patiently navigated me through a very stressful and emotional process, stressful due to all that’s required and emotional because I just finalized my divorce and needed to refi to buy him out. Scott was always available should I have any questions, he told me to be aware of scammers trying to take the loan from him(they’re still calling). Scott reviewed my financials and advised the best route for me and because I trusted him I went with his suggestions which put me in a better place financially than I was. Did I say that Scott knows his stuff when it comes to crunching numbers and maximizing some tax benefits, they way he explained I completely understand.
My closing date was changed at least 5 times due to me waiting on information from the IRS, Scott patiently rescheduled each one until I received the information I needed to close. Yeah!!
