This is the worst laundry service on the planet.
I brought 4 sets of sheets, 8 towels and some socks to be laundered (wash/fold).
They were 5 days past the established delivery date. I’m missing 6 towels and a king size red top sheet.
That is bad enough but everything stinks (smells like electrical burns, chemicals and mildew simultaneously), some of the sheets look like there were dropped in mud, they feel like they were coated in something (no idea what) and whatever was used to “wash” the sheets is making my eyes and lips burn.
Nothing was neatly or correctly folded which doesn’t matter since everything is being rewashed with the hope that the 1200 thread-count sheets are not ruined. Considering the white sheets are now beige they probably are ruined.
Avoid this place at all costs.

We've been using Pride for years and they've always been good. I have a doll that got in 1978 and decided the dress could stand to be cleaned. It has some red velvet trim so I couldn't just soak it in Oxcyclean or handwash with Woolite. So I took it to the cleaners. He said it was their first doll dress. During the cleaning process he said he put it in the protective bags they use for wedding dresses so he had this giant bag with this little bitty dress. The dress came out great.

This is the worst cleaners they do not treat the good customers well. I took many sweaters to be cleaned and the ruined them I spoke to manager he said he would make it rite and try to find the exact sweaters to give me but I never heard back from him or even a refund!! Good customer service they DO NOT have. I would recommend going somewhere else.

Worst service ever! They do not care about customer service at all. Don't make me count my own clothes and then not have adequate turn around time.

My wife and I have used Pride Cleaners for close to 20 years they have always done a great job for use. Their service is great and their prices are very fair. I would recommend them to anyone!

Bad experience with them. Had given a favorite sweater for dry clean and that was shortened to half it's size, but they claimed that was the actual size when I had given it. Never used them again.
