Primrose of Johns Creek NW has been a great experience and goes above and beyond all of my childcare expectations. All of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, which has helped to make our transition to this new school much easier than I anticipated. My child has had an amazing time making new friends and learning so much everyday. They truly do a great job. A++ highly recommended!!!

Working here as a teacher has been such a pleasure. The families and kids that come here are so sweet and want the best for each other and their kids’ upbringing. That’s all one can ask for! Enjoying this experience and can’t wait to see how much more it gives to me!

As a grandparent, I am so pleased with all the individual care and understanding my grandsons receive. As an example, my older grandson had a mysterious allergic reaction to something and his teacher, Mr. Garrett sent him immediately to the front office. Ms. Saeunn called after giving Benedryl, which my daughter had packed for emergencies. Saeunn explained his symptoms and then stayed with him the entire time it took for me to get to the school. Happily, her and Mr. Garrett’s actions were exactly what our pediatrician would have prescribed and he has recovered fully. Saeunn was calm, collected, and quick responding to my grandson’s needs and also helped me remain calm throughout the episode. I am thankful to have my grandchildren in such a safe environment and wholeheartedly encourage people to enroll in this program! Ms. Karen, the director, runs a tight ship and this comes from a former preschool director of 23 years.

The school is amazing. My kid has been afraid with being apart from me. But thanks to the friendly teachers and staffs, he could get along well in the class. I'm grateful for their commitment for my kid. I'd like to recommend this wonderful school to consider as your choice.

The best school!!! I can’t say enough wonderful things about this school. It’s hard sending your child to daycare, but Primrose made it so easy, and gave me peace of mind. We fell in love with the teachers and everything about it, and we’re so sad to leave due to our lengthy commute. Ms. Binu & Ms. Ayesha were both incredibly kind and thoughtful teachers. I could tell how much they cared for my daughter and it was so comforting. Ms. Karen, Ms. Saeunn, and Imahn Craft were always so friendly greeting us and keeping us informed all the time. We will miss them all dearly.

We have loved our experience at Primrose. The teachers and staff are so kind and caring, and I know my 3-year-old and 10-month-old are in the best hands. We get frequent updates throughout the day, including pictures, and we get additional updates at pick-up and/or drop-off. The team of teachers and staff are special at Primrose-always kind, welcoming, and loving toward my kids. I highly recommend Primrose!

Words cannot express just how fortunate our family is to have found Primrose JCNW! When looking for daycare programs, I interviewed several schools in the area. Ms. Karen was prompt and professional in her responses, which gave me high expectations in terms of how the rest of the school operates. I’ve not been disappointed! We hear time and time again from friends just how vocal or “advanced” our little one is, and I can only thank Primrose because he’s learning so many things and hitting milestones that we’re not discussing at home! Every teacher has taken care of our little one as if he were their own (we can really, really feel it), and we feel like they’ve become an extension of our family. I’m grateful for every staff member and cannot recommend this school enough!

We cannot say enough good things about Primrose JCNW! We have had an amazing experience so far with both our toddler (Preschool Pathways, Preschool, and now Pre-K) and also our infant. The teachers are fantastic, energetic and truly care about the kids. The management staff is wonderful and easy to work with. We found them after relocating to the area and they have truly become like family! We cannot recommend them enough!

I love this school. I love the staff. My family moved from Chicago recently and one of our biggest concerns (aside from the mortgage interest rates at the time) was whether we’d find a good daycare/school for our 18 month son. We interviewed and found some good ones, but we found the best one in Primrose School of Johns Creek Northwest.First, we did a zoom interview with the lovely Ms. Karen, who was just so incredibly thorough with sharing everything that the school had to offer. You’re never too sure when you do a zoom interview, but Ms. Karen’s passion for the school and the children really shined through from her iPhone to ours. One thing Ms. Karen shared that really stuck with me was that if we ever have a problem with how the school does something, she’d rather work with us to make things right, rather than our family just jump ship. That told me that 1) she understands that the school is not perfect and is always striving for better; and 2) she viewed every child and every family as a relationship and not a customer.Second, we enrolled our boy as soon as we moved down to the area and the amount of support and care was overwhelming. We received messages from several different teachers letting us know how our boy was doing. I get it, first day so lots of attention and care. No, y’all. We’re many months in and we get the same amount of messages. These teachers care a lot and they’re just so consistent. The consistency these teachers demonstrate is exactly what my son needs while he learns and develops at such a young age.Third, and most importantly, my son is learning so much and is becoming so emotionally aware due to the teachers and staff. My friends ask me why I spend $XX,XXX,XXX.XX (just kidding, not that many commas) on daycare. They also point out that my boy is so smart and so empathetic. I tell those friends to connect the two. That’s a long way of saying that Primrose School of Johns Creek Northwest investments into the development of the child in ways most other daycares/schools might not.Again, I love this school. I love the staff. If you have any questions after reading this, reach out.-Proud parent of a PJCNW baby

We have enjoyed the growth our little boy has received over the three years. He has grown so much in his speech and his fine motor skills. He is currently in Pre-K and we cannot say enough about his teacher Nicole. She is such an amazing teacher and my son adores her so much. He has enjoyed waking up and seeing all of his friends and the amazing staff. We have enjoyed seeing him grow here!

From the moment I walked in and spoke to the director Ms. Karen, I knew I had found the right place for my autistic son. The honesty, transparency, understanding, and support were a welcome change. From there, my son has blossomed with the help of ms. Saeunn, ms. Imahn, and ms. Nicole. This is a beautiful team of women who are teaching my son what it means to be a whole person with love, kindness, and consistent and firm care.I honestly couldn’t ask for a better support team in my sons early education. The love and care for our little people are evident throughout the building and they will steal your heart as well as your children’s hearts

Primrose is the best fit for my little one. We started last year in October and have been pleased with our daughters growth in vocabulary! Both her native and English. The staff and Iman are all very welcoming. Thank you Primrose, 5 stars because I'd recommend them to friends and family. ~Victoria

This review is based on my experience with the older infant room. The lead teacher in that classroom should not be in there. My daughter was 8 months old when she started and was negatively labeled by the teacher as “fussy” from the very first day. She was skipped over for art activities and her crib was under a bright fluorescent light, which made it difficult for her to nap. The teachers were not aware of the fact that formula expires 1hour after saliva comes in contact with it. They would serve 2+ hour old milk to the infants. My daughter vomited on multiple occasions. I seldom received feedback regarding my daughter’s progress from the lead teacher. I would have to ask other staff for this information.I pulled her out after the 3rd week. The energy of the classroom was very chaotic. When you send your child to daycare, you want to know that they’re receiving the level of care that you’re paying for. This room was worth less than half of what I was paying given the lack of knowledge of the teachers. We found a new school with a teacher who has a degree in education, more educational toys, a more relaxing environment, and constructive feedback. She LOVES her new school.I think the younger infant room teachers were fantastic, so this is a great place if your child is under 8 months or over 2 years old. The chef was great as well!

Both our children went here for basically their entire early lives. Daughter did private pre-K there and it was life changing for her. The extra attention she received allowed her to overcome many challenges and prepared her for kindergarten. Our son was at this school from 3 months old till the summer of his fourth year and the staff has been nothing but attentive, caring, and understanding of us and our family. Highly recommend.
