I came to your Publix in John's Creek today. I shop here weekly spending over $200.00 a week. Today I had two separate orders and your system would not deduct the $10.00 digital coupon on both orders. NOWHERE does it state the coupon can only be used once. It does say "Limit One Coupon Per Purchase". I asked to speak to a manager and a Michelle Curry came over and refused to honor the coupon. I explained over and over and I was told she could not honor the $10.00 coupon. I asked if she could manually override my purchase and do a misc discount of $10.00 and she refused! I was a previous district manager for one of your competitors and I know she could have easily discounted the $10.00. No matter how much I tried to show this manager my concern, she cared less! I asked for my first purchase to be refunded and I left everything else for the second order behind. You lost over $200 in sales today and close to $1,000 a month from me and my family over a $10.00 coupon. Rest assure, besides social media, I will let all my friends know about this. Publix should be ashamed to have someone like this in a leadership capacity. Moving forward, I will be a Kroger customer because Publix doesn't care about their customers!!!

Stopped here to get some Publix subs on the way home from work. Encounter a deli employee named "Cassie" she was very rude and unpleasant. Didn't want to make the sub the way I get it all the time and asked another employee to finish it when he tried to helpHer . Just terrible customer service. She needs some coaching if she is going to deal with customers .

Very rude guy answering the phone, this place started going downhill fast after Boris left the new people suck at customer service, the new guy even made a mistake and was snot nosed about how he was right, then didn't apologize when he was wrong. And also, not friendly at all.

Starting off I would like to say during these Crazy Covid-19 times. If your looking for a pharmacy with impeccable customer service and kindness galore- look no further! The Publix in ABBOTTS VILLAGE is the place to be. I've been a long time die-hard Publix fan. But this place made me feel right at home. After falling ill and having to stay with family the pharmacist had all of my prescriptions that needed to be filled transferred from my home Publix. They offered to order my prescriptions pronto they didn't have it in stock. Even called the Publix up road to fill one that was time sensitive. (My experience there was 1/2 what I received at Abbott's Village.) Courteous and clearly passionate about their customers needs and health. I had great experience with both pharmacists and pharmacy employees. But pharmacist Boris went above and beyond I make me feel at home. Gave me great info on Covid antibodies test. I will say I'll be sad to go home but happy to be well enough to return home! I had very pleasant time shopping at this location and received great care in both seafood & produce department! (Did you know Seafood department will steam/cook shrimp to order and offer several seasonings ((including old bay)) After finished cooking they even found me into store so I didn't have to return to department! What service indeed! Whether ur a current resident of johns creek or visiting- THIS IS THE PUBLIX TO SHOP AT! A sincere thanks to ALL THOSE IN PHARMACY DEPARTMENT.

Kimberly Titus is having really Bad attitudes with customers , we were there for prescription and flu shot , this person said if you want pick up prescription here , u have to wait 45 mins or longer or flu shot With very negative tone . There was no other Custormer there , we do under she might busy with other prescription in the process . However, the way her voice is really not welcome people , especially after 35 mins we came back check if she has time to do flu shot , she said no , it will be additional 35 mins if we think she not busy or ask us to go somewhere else . Or come back to pick up when she is not on duty . Just talk to her co worker . Cuz she is busy with what she doing .

This is a good Publix. The pharmacy staff are great. Publix fills antibiotics for free. My dentist suggested them. While I was waiting the fish Dept. advised me of an upcoming sale which I went back for. Their produce is fresh and pricey. I got a great prepared salad. I just remember that it was very good. Not the usual.
